Very user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use. and the tracking of social interactions. it is very user-friendly - no learning curve to start using. I have not used a competitor but SOCI is great
What do you dislike about the product?
when editing for instagram i wish it would automatically format to fit the post instead of not posting if the dimensions are not correct for an instagram feed .

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling in advance and calendar view. I like calendar view. It's easy to schedule strategically. Facebook and instagram are used. Compares similarly to Facebook
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I don't think anything is missing. Works smoothly in my opinion. We use it daily and don't have any issues. Seamless. Good service too. Thanks! I appreciate the survey

Scheduling in advance is super helpful for a small but mighty team because we can all see what social is being pushed at any time so we don't overlap in content.

What do you like best about the product?
they plan out 3 posts a week which makes it easier to spend my week on other tasks

that you cant post multiple posts to Instagram, but they are working on that!

Simplify social media engagement
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes it easy to post to multiple social media platforms at once. It saves me time in keeping my online presence updated without having to switch from site to site.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the statistics can be difficult to interpret if you don't take the time to learn about the information and how it's compiled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can plan socia media posts for an entire month (or more) without worrying if I missed something.
Social Media trends are shifting drastically!
What do you like best about the product?
The calendar is easy to use and the content is mostly well-done.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new trend for Social Media is moving away from content that is duplicated for hundreds of the same type of accounts. Individual content is the growing trend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Relevant posts are made even while I am not able to do them. On days I am too busy to post, I always have content that keeps my audience engaged.

All accounts are linked to one place. Makes it easy to engage across platforms

I wish there was a notification about reviews or comments that were sent via email

No problems have been identified. It's nice not having to login to multiple interfaces to respond and engage

Very user friendly to user. The trainings that we have had are helpful in giving tips to the leasing team of good ways to use the software

if it could be integrated with other platforms when making flyers (ie, canva)

Great social media platform for my travel business
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes it so easy to keep my social media accounts updated with current travel posts and helpful information for my travel clients. The platform makes it simple to add my own posts to their content and make adjustments to the posts anytime that I like. Social Media posting and staying current can take a lot of time for a small business owner and SOCi makes it so easy for me to stay current and engaged with my clients while still focusing on other aspects of my business. I would definitely recommend SOCi to any small business owner looking to have a professional social media presence without spending too much time focusing on their various social accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about SOCi. Every post to social media happens seamlessly and frees me up to work on other aspects of my business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have seen much more engagement from clients on my social media posts and I am saving valuable time that lets me help my clients with their travel arrangements.
