What do you like best about the product?
I love how we can interact one-on-one with anyone who leaves us a review, whether it a positive or negative. I also love the presetting messages that automate. as a new leasing manager; it may be convenient to catch from the previous manager left off.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't see the purpose of is the response time rating; what is the importance of the time response to any review compared to other properties? I do not see this a competive idea.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that soci is solving for us is giving us an insight into how the residents feel when something outstanding happens, whether bad or good. It was big enough for them to leave us a review about it, and soci help recognized that

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of being able to upload in the moment or schedule a post for a later date, so it looks like your in that moment but you are really sitting on the couch watching tv.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to remove spam reviews. Soci could at least take some under review to be removed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time being able to post to multiple platforms for multiple locations all at once.

Ease of use for franchisees, ability to see all franchise location in one dashboard

Information doesn't always push correctly, continued issues with Apple Maps listings

Streamlined review responses, location listing management i.e. hours, address. etc
All in 1! Pefect in detail and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is all is 1. You can complete, quick follow-up responses to reviews and see your stats against other social media platforms. It is also very user-friendly. I would recommend your company!

Nothing no to like. I am happy with the program. I also like when it emails you your monthly report and how you did compare it to others.

It puts all reports into one. You can post to Social media, respond to reviews. You can also see all social media plats forms and your score, all in one. Very user friendly.

SOCi allows for easy scheduling of promotional items and quick, easily generated responses to reviews. The premade posts make it easy to schedule and engage the audience.

The ability to create posts further out.

What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I don't have any major complaints about SOCi. However, one minor issue that I have encountered is that the platform's interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There are so many features and options available that it can take some time to get familiar with them all, but they do have step by step training videos to go through and learn the platform.
