SOCI for the win!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use and that I can send the same link each month for my clients to review their calendars.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to see past posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to schedule posts ahead of time for all of our clients and gives them an easy way to approve/deny/request edits on posts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of being able to schedule posting in one place and you can see the analytics behind it. I also enjoy being able to see the sentiments from my resident reviews so that I can know, as a property manager, what areas our team needs to improve on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing, I like the soci platform and think that it is very simple to use and has a lot of great features that property managers and companies can really appreciate if used correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have solved the problem of forgetting to post on social media during the day or during the peak hours of the business day. With the scheduler, I can "set it and forget it" with knowing that quality posting will take place with little to no stress.

I appreciate the ease of use when dragging products to different days

I find it difficult to do tasks other than simple posts or dragging and dropping

One Stop Shop for Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is great is excellent to be able to post social media across multiple platforms with the click of a button. One login to generate posts for Facebook and Google My Business is essential for a small business owner on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tracking and reporting has not worked as well as I would like. The metrics on Facebook Ads is easier to follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi allows my business to post across multiple platforms at once.
Life is so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
Makes posting the same topic so easy across multiple platforms. I can plan and schedule my social media presence weeks and even months in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using it for over a year and really haven't found anything that doesn't work for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Huge time saver posting to ask if my platforms at once instead of having to do each one individually. The analytics also show me what's working
Social medium across multiple platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling posts, seeing peek viewer hrs, running ads, coordinating with franchise, posting across multiple platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially there was error to sync and took awhile to get my ad campaign to work on Facebook and Instagram. But support was responsive and helpful and in the end got it to work

Eliminate the need of reposting in different social media platforms multiple times.
Helps take out the guess work of social media
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to plan social media posts ahead of time. Also, I like how they offer suggestions for topics and other information that can come directly from your company or other sources involved with my business. I also really appreciate the interaction reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very much, but on occasion, the pre-planned posts are not up on the first of the month. Other than that, I very much enjoy this social media platform. It really has helped me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to keep current on social media and save time in my planning. I appreciate being able to set the posts at the beginning of the month and know that they will be handled when I have scheduled them.
Great way to see what's happening.
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool to see what is happening around the property as well as other properties around us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the charts and graphs on soci, i wish it were more spelled out.

it makes monitoring my social media easy.
Still learning about the platform
What do you like best about the product?
We're new to SOCI and still learning about it. I do find the competitive analysis helpful, and it's nice to track brand mentions all in one place. It's more user-friendly than other platforms as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social listening can be a bit confusing because it's difficult to tell what it's actually tracking. It also doesn't take everything into account like tags and stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us keep everything in one place and monitor overall sentiment. It's nice to be able to see what people are saying about the brand quickly an easily.
Convenient & User Friendly App
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I am able to post on different platforms cutting my marketing time in half with the use of SOCI. I also love that my residents can post their reviews and I can answer them and it reflect Google review.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there is nothing that I dislike about it. Its user friendly and convient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting our name out since we are a new management company that took over a multi family.
