What do you like best about the product?
I love how consolidated the information is and how easy the platform is to access and use!
What do you dislike about the product?
We just started using SoCi, so I have only had great experiences with each of the products that we use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently have 56 locations and we were struggling to keep track of all of our reviews and now we have one source that pulls all the information for us and allows our users to respond to reviews easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how all platforms of social can be combined and worked on all in one workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
photo posting and editing options, as well as tagging people. Need linked in tags - usernames do not work when trying to tag. adding multiple photos to linked in posts as well

we have many dental practices and use soci to help manage and market through each one in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Soci is how easy and understandable the website is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say the downside is the easiest way to access everything is on the computer. The website is a little more difficult via mobile.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci makes it easy for businesses to start doing social media marketing that generates business. You can also monitor your social media marketing efforts with baked-in analytics to continually improve your content and generate more leads for your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it offered a little bit of a more user-friendly structure. I also wish it offered a way to edit ALL platforms at once. I would also love to see an Instagram Story feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the ease of posting to multiple platforms and being able to schedule them in advance, saving me an abundance of time during my day.

It disconnected from my social media all the time.

I wish emojis were usable and editing anything was easier!

Scheduling posts ahead of time so I don't have to worry about postig individually.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci helps me keep up to date on my social media and make sure I am keeping appearance and my name out there in the market!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish there was some different formats to upload to social media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is helping me pre plan all of my social media advertising! It is hard to remember to go on every day and post so the scheduled posts help!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi is easy to use and navigate, and it allows us to schedule posts in advance. I can schedule posts for Google, Instagram, and Facebook all at the same time. The initial setup was very easy, and at the moment, I love how things are working.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the product!

SOCi helps with outreach, scheduling posts in advance, and connecting with residents. It's easy to use and navigate, and I can schedule posts for Google, Instagram, and Facebook simultaneously.

Great for Multiple Calendars

What do you like best about the product?
I use SOCi every day for the majority of my work day. It is great for managing multiple calendars and being able to see and reply to comments all in one space. It helps keep engagement up without having to file through Facebook and Instagram. There have been improvements to the platform and it is generally easy to use and easy to see that if there is a connection issue or something gets disconnected, it is fairly obvious.

Being able to manage Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, X (Twitter), Google My Business, and other platforms in one spot is super great.

The approval gateway is also an amazing feature, clients can use it with little to no teaching and it can be whitelabled.

Once you have all the proper admin rights to social sites, implementation is really easy and fast.

Customer Support is generally responsive and will at least address that there is an issue and follows up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes social sites get disconnected and posts don't go through. Not being able to tag locations in posts. Not being able to upload videos and photos in one post even though the social sites allow it is a bit of a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving the problem of being able to monitor multiple pages in one place and responding as well. Also allowing a clear response between us and clients on calendars and posts we are creating for the posts.
