What do you like best about the product?
The centerilization is key. I love the dashboard, having multiple pages to post on can be very time-consuming, and SOCI has been a big time saver! It is more user-friendly than other platforms I have used in the past. The support staff is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features, so just getting a hang of it has taken some time. getting a schedule down to approve everything
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi has solved two major challenges for me: centralization and efficiency. Having a centralized dashboard means I no longer have to log into multiple property accounts individually to make updates, post on social media, or manage changes. This has significantly saved time and streamlined my workflow. With SOCi, I can make quick updates across multiple properties in one place, allowing me to focus on strategy and engagement rather than tedious manual tasks. It’s been a game changer in managing our marketing efforts more effectively!
Great for social media posts
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the separate folders there are. I also like not to have to post everything myself. I have the option, but SOCi strategists help a ton.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to login to the app each time. I wish it would save my info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It posts to all social media pages at once instead of me having to post to each one individually.

I dislike that it always disconnects to my accounts and i have to reconnect

Customer service is hardWhile SOCi's reputation management program offers valuable features, I find that the user interface could be more intuitive and streamlined for smoother navigation and quicker task execution.

They are on top of our reviews and easy to work with. They help us address the good ones and the bad ones.

Some times it takes a day for them to catch the reviews.

I like that reviews from several locations are in one location for me to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to respond to BBB reviews in the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are able to connect us with Yelp/Google and let us know what updates Yelp/Google are making so we can adjust our processes.

The only downside for me is that we have multiple other businesses other than ACE.
I would like to be able to add my other business social media account to centeralize all of my postings. Right now I have to toggle between different platforms. I prefer soci.

I love that all the assets for Ace Hardware are easily available. It makes it easy for me to post to all my social channels at once.
The above statement is true. I love that they provide me with ready to post content including text. I'm a marketer but I imagine for the average business owner this is beyond helpful.

It gives me the opportunity to share my post within a multitude of different platforms all from 1 place.

Nothing, I think this works as well as everyone could as for!

Having to go through multiple social media areas, this aves me time.
