Great for business with multiple locations!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can have users from each location in a central platform for all your social media, reviews. Its a easy platform to manage everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish you could do everything that you can on each social platform. For example, Insta stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One platform for all social media
SOCi is user friendly and I would recommend.
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes it easy to respond to reviews by listing templates that make it more helpful to respond to positive and negative reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only have an issue with the load time sometimes. Other than that, I find it to be an easy to use platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending an email when we receive reviews and helpful templates for responses. Also, super helpful for scheduling social media posts.

What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE the review templates. Makes replying so easy. I also love being able to schedule out posts months in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
With having so many locations, it is hard to make sure everything is being posted correctly and to the right spot. This is just a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A main problem SOCi is solving is social media management. There was hardly any social media being posted to our pages before we had SOCi.
I've been able to get everything I need from SOCi and then some.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the number of platforms SOCi offers. I can manage virtually all platforms from one space and also get insights about how my company is doing. The added data is a plus because I didn't even look into SOCi to get this data initially
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish SOCi allowed us to reply to our customers on all our social media pages from the platform. I would also like to see a way or a new window to see data in a more simplified way so we can share this with franchisees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is mainly solving our listing management problem. We are able to go into one platform to manage reviews and listing information. This removes the amount of time we originally had to spend on these tasks in the past.
Has connected all my social media presence into one system. to follow things and keep stuff updated!

Most of all being a social media director taking a lot of things out of my worry list with keeping things in line!
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything i dislike about it. It's become priceless and I cant thank this platform enough!

Easy to use, streamlined social media managment
What do you like best about the product?
All of the social media reviews are in one place! Its simple to use. There is so much I can learn about our current customers in one spot. Its much more effective than other social media managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Facebook check -ins do not count towards our reviews or get noticed even if they are positive and tag us in them. By including social media check-ins. I would like a little bit more control over my social media pages. So maybe I could use local events to promote ourselves more organically. Lots of scam that nobody seems to be able to do anything about on facebook wasting my time dealing with it, this lowers all ratings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving and benefiting us from there not being much in terms of time and energy spent in finding or responding to our customers.

I don't have to depend or check precisely on an associate or myself for grammar.
What do you like best about the product?
It's prompt and on time during festivals and events. People appreciate and greet me with replies verbally and through SMS text. It competes in ways where everyone is accommodated to their liking and desires.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't checked or done it myself as of yet, because I know SOCi is getting it all done for me. A downside I can say is when a place or location is posted, tell where it is and what it has or offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most crucial problem she is solving is posting; regardless it's getting done or not, I don't have to worry anymore. I also love the grammar check it suggests and gives us by correcting us when something looks wrong.

SOCi is so helpful. It's so easy to use shared assets through the library, and I love that it can post my content at the peak time for my audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could edit photos within the program.

Makes the time spent on social media more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease and visibility of being able to see all of our locations and their social media channels in one place. We are also enjoying the listing management services and constant improvements they are making to the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike, just lots of things I'd love to see SOCi be able to do as the APIs open up and more functionality becomes available from the different channels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compiling all of our social media channels for our different locations into one place is extremely beneficial. It is good that the platform is industry-friendly with a lot of good content to pull from. We also heavily rely on the Listing Management platform.
