It is a good program to use to schedule posts to FB and GMB for a business environment.
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to schedule posts on both GMB and FB at the same time. I am registered as "joe central"
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes content is not appropriate for us, so we must monitor it regularly in order to delete it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a good time management and organizational tool to schedule future posts 30 days in adviance.

Easy to use to schedule posts for GMB and FB. User friendly.

It's so easy to navigate and schedule posts across multiple platforms.

I think it could be a little more visually appealing.

It's a big time saver for me to schedule everything in one place and forget it.

The most helpful thing about SOCi is that all of your business social media is located on one platform and you have the ability to access each website independently from the SOCi dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downfall we have experienced with SOCi was our business had multiple accounts on a platform and it wasn't realized up front that one of those accounts was not touched by us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit we have seen is SOCi allows our digital marketing team to feel more confident about posting to platforms without feeling like they have to jump through hoops or use up to much of their time.

Love the ease of use to go between different accounts.

Its a little hard to navigate how to respond to comments and messages.

scheduling things in advance has been great so i can schedule when i have free time and do not have to worry about trying to make time every day.

I like how I am immediately informed that someone has written a review. Then, they also suggested a response based on their review. It makes managing our reputation easy.

At this time I honestly do not have any complaints about the system. It is connected will all of our social media platforms.

Helping us respond to reviews quickly so reviews do not go unappreciated or solved.

The traffic it brings to my website. It seems cost effective for the number of clicks.

I have not been as involved as I probably should be. I simply just pay each month and check in on occasion.
