Making our social media posting easier
What do you like best about the product?
We love the fact that you can use one platform and spit everything out to all of our channels. We love the congruency of the platform and the easy of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't like that Google has an issue with posting requirements. Not your issue at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy of posting to multiple channels
Easy to manage and navigate
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to categorize locations and easy navigating the platform. Centralized dashboard is a + that makes it easy to monitor and respond to customer engagement across all our locations efficiently. Its scheduling and publishing tools are intuitive and save me a lot of time, especially with bulk actions. Customer Support is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
More filters need to be added to the reviews management section. Please integrate with more apps like DoorDash, Uber Eats, EZ Cater, etc. Additionally, the I've experienced lag/ slow loading , especially when handling bulk tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reviewing all customer feedback in one place is the biggest benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
I like i can go to one place to see all interactions between the public and our business
What do you dislike about the product?
That google will not populate the specifics of reviews. The star rating comes through soci but any descriptions or details do not so you have to go to google reviews, find it there. I've been told it's a google thing and not a soci thing so I hate to dog out Soci, the support dept has mentioned this has been relayed to google and requested as an enhancement in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it brings all of our social media to one location reducing log ins and bookmarks. I can see what marketing is planning to release through the scheduler function and provide input as required without multiple back and forths. Lastly, i can quickly see any new reviews that have been made and the source.
Easy and userfriendly!!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that its very user friendly. Even someone like me who is not technology inclined can very well schedule the posts with a click.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more variety of posts that I select.

I dont have to think or create my own posts. Options are available

I like the dashboard the most, I think it's helpful for multiple location business or companies who manage multiple rooftops

I wish the keywords could be edited or they were easier to find

It's easy to see multiple owned businesses and check on our customers too
SOCI makes it easy to post Social Media Posts
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, when you are posting on several platforms - it is easy to create, schedule and post. It is also great to see how people react to posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating a video - it would be easier to create inside of Instagram and post immediately. It can take an extra step

It's great to see how a post is performing - or how people are reacting to it.

If you manage multiple properties and want to take control of your online presence without overwhelming your teams, Soci is absolutely worth the investment.

Without proper training, Soci can sometimes be hard to navigate

If it could have more tools such as canva, etc. as tools to make content for social media posts.

As a busy healthcare professional, I don't always have the time to devote to in-depth marketing research and development, but with SoCi's features, the process is expedited and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't found anything I don't like about SoCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SoCi helps me stay on top of customer reviews for all platforms: Google, Facebook, etc.
Great User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The customer experience. Whenever I have a question or experience a glitch, the customer service team is there to help quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are still adding features, so some of the things that would make my life easier are not easily accessible sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to manage 100+ locations in one easy platform. I can post to 100 locations at once and easily manage ads.
