SOCi is so easy!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for SOCi has been amazing for our busy teams. We can recommend content and they can easily tailor it to their location

There's nothing I've found that I dislike so far!

The ease of having everything in one place. Social reporting, google listing editing.

Soci has been the key to unlocking our interaction at the social media layer we've been missing.
What do you like best about the product?
I like Soci because it allows to interact with our guests in real-time. In a world of instant gratification, guests knowing that they can count on immediate responses helps build brand loyalty.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Soci is it is always logging me out of app.

It's bridging the gap between the customer and business that's always been missing.
Best system to handle it all
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about SOCi is using the scheduler tool. It is so convenient being able to schedule post on any day and anytime of the month. SOCi's app is very helpful as well to stay on top of all tasks and reviews

There is a lot of tabs that I feel like I don't know how to utilize.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy ideas that come with creating a poster or a flyer, it's so easy! SOCi basically does all the work for you! I use it for everything at work!

I don't have any dislikes for SOCi, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT!!

SOCi makes it easier for my company to make flyers to let residents know about the events that are happening.

I like that you can categorize pages together to ensure that relevant sites receive the same information

There is no eary way to quickly select a low amount of locations if you have one quick update that doesn't really need a new group made

SOCi has not been able to solve the most recent issue I've had, but I've found a work around/
