Success on Autopilot
What do you like best about the product?
Maintaining every aspect of my insurance business can lead to overlooking the little things in which SOCi ENSURES gets completed month by month!

Havent found anything to dislike at moment

Peace of mind that my business is being showcased on social media without me logging daily to make it happen
Easy and accessible tool
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is easy to navigate to help enhance marketing of our business. I am so grateful to have all marketing in one organized area. Making individual posts are so easy as well, this coming from soneone who is not got using social media!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be confusing when you have multiple offices to make sure you are under the correct area to post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to share and post Ellie related iinformation.
Great software for Social Media Professionals
What do you like best about the product?
How you can keep your content, pages, and groups organized with ease. Great customer support and very quick responses if you run into any errors which are rare.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more notifications to show any errors/compliance requests so I can respond quickly. I currently do not receive any notifications in my inbox, I instead have to manually check if there are any pending compliance approval requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have helped us consistently and effectively post social media content on a variety of platforms for our branches and loan officers throughout the country. We are able to manage our network at scale and monitor content.

You dont have to log into all social media sites in which is convenient and aves time for me.
Best Local Listings Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The SOCi platform is excellent. I use SOCi daily and it's both robust and extremely user friendly. The migration from Yext was easier that I expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've seen zero downside to using SOCi so far.

SOCi has solved nearly all the issues we were experiencing with Yext.

That is encompasses all review and social media in one platform.

The only items i would have listed here have been recently fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I recently had issues with a few items such as notifications, reels, and billing. All have been addressed and fixed.
Soci makes it SIMPLE!
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to post across all my platforms, schedule posting in advance and keep my engagement up. It has lessened my marketing time a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only wish it allowed you to better post on Tiktok. It could be user error but, posting still images is the best.

The time and load of handling my marketing as a multi-storefront owner.

SOCi has a great user interface, makes it very easy to schedule content, and manage different pages easily by keeping them organized.

It disconnects social platforms too often.
