No cell app, almost cannot use the cell phone as it's not optimzed for their screens

Easy Peasy, Efficient & Convenient
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I am able to schedule all of my posts & respond to engagement. One of the best options is the review tab. Makes responding to members a breeze! 10/10 recommend Soci to anyone who owns or manages a business and wants to manage multiple social media platforms. It's super easy to use, & makes your job way more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature I would like to see if the ability to ban users on the instagram platform. I know it is available for Facebook. Other than that, everything is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing all engagement & reviews to be in one location from multiple platforms. Allows me to be able to create content to post and schedule in one location versus having to post to multiple platforms.

I'm not really sure that I have an opinion at this point.

No way of knowing if SOCI is driving any interest or leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easy to accept and post the advertisements prepared by our franchisor home office marketing team.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule and post content across multi-locations via social media platforms and being able to manage those locations too.
We're able to monitor and respond to customer reviews across Google and Facebook by creating am automate review reponse which helps us maintain consistency and efficiency do to a busy work enviroment.
The newest addition of AI-powered insights and automation - We dig! The recommendatons for responses and text wording has been an encouraging new feature that we've enjoyed since it's been added!
Upsides for us have been many but reducing the need for multiple tools by consolidating marketing efforts into one platform speaks volumes for our company.
-Consistency and Brand Control have been helpful to us and allows my personally some room to breath knowing there's a gatekeeper for unauthorized or inconsistent content from being posted.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see better data-driven marketing analytics and performance reports that show accurate data from the online foot traffic we receive that helps us remain visible to the world-wide web. If we had accurate reporting data from the platform perhaps what is currently offered on SOCi as far as insights into customer sentiment and trends woul dbe more visible and able for us to understand.

I like the fact that I can sit down a couple of days a month, schedule alot of my social media posts across all platforms at one time. Easy to use!

I am unable to pull a report for specific tags.

TIME! I can schedul ahead of time and fill in any blank spots later with listing, changes etc
Streamline Your Social Media Success with SOCI
What do you like best about the product?
SoCi has been a game-changer for managing the social media platforms. Working in the apartment industry oftentimes you are busy with work and deadlines and SOCI helps with the scheduling of posts. SoCI has made it easier to market our community effectively and maintain a strong online presence accessible to all of our staff so we know if someone scheduled a post and make sure we are not duplicating any posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
While SOCI has been very helpful there is one feature that would make it even better the ability to save posts that are created through Canva in a gallery for future use, with the option to edit them later. Sometimes I'd like to be able to use the same post but edit it to use the current information without having to recreate it. Often its multiple users in our office and we all have different ideas that merge in our work and being able to edit posts that are saved would be amazing.

It helps us manage our social media platforms from one place making it easier to keep an engagement on social media platforms and helps schedule ahead of those busy times.

it helps me bc i can post to 5 diff places (facebook and instagram and linkein, etc) all at once with the same messaging and it is amazing!! i highly recommend it..and it shows me the data on all of it as well which saves me time and lets me know what is working as well!
