I have not found anything that I dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi solved my ability to singularly manage my SEO and review data.

What do you like best about the product?
We like that SOCi appears to be an all in one solution. This is especially true because we use the SOCi Bundle as well as the Genius Search products. Being about to respond to reviews in one platform is great! We've also heard they're rolling out some new AI features which we're excited to see!
What do you dislike about the product?
SOCi offers SO many capabilities that it can be a bit complex, mostly for our less tech savy team members. We would also like to see an expansion of SOCi's AI customization. For example, when we generate a response to a review on ChatGPT, we can tell it to use a specific and consistent voice that matches our brand. SOCi's AI review responses seem to be more generic. If there is a way to customize it, we haven't found it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our favorite has been SOCi's Genius Search features (Listings). We can now change our store hours across Apple Maps, Google Maps, YELP, Bing, etc. Before we had to do it natively which was not scalable at all. We're also able to manage reviews coming in from 130 locations, over 3,000 a year..

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has an intuitive interface and great functionality for managing multi-location social media accounts. The ability to schedule posts, monitor performance, and respond to reviews in one centralized platform saves a ton of time. The ability to localize content while maintaining brand consistency is invaluable, especially for agencies managing multiple accounts. Additionally, the analytics provide actionable insights to improve campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform occasionally lags but this is relatively minor compared to the overall functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pushing out content to multiple locations at once, viewing reviews across the board for all locations at once.

What do you like best about the product?
The automatic feature is nice. It's nice to set it and forget it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the information is too general. I am not getting many hits on the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are automating our social media feeds. Not sure I am seeing the benefits, other than time management.


Best scheduler out there!

What do you like best about the product?
I have tried so many different schedulers and this one takes the cake. Being able to schedule out for so long and across all the platforms is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes at this moment in time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci solves the problems of posting across multiple platforms individually and being able to schedule posts to keep me consistent. It saves me so much time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like most of the content, and it's easy to move things on the scheduler.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't find a way to change the vendors that show up on my feed or change it or turn it off for a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not great at coming up with content.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to look and edit each individual store page whether it's on google or facebook.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to see best performing times for all accounts or a suggestion based on previous engagement/reach.

Editing capability for reels and IG Stories: adding links, adding cover photos for reels.

Facebook videos are being sent as horizontal videos instead of Facebook Reels.

No Message Automation for social.

No Grid view for Instagram to see what your current feed looks like

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I can setup a whole months worth of social media postings through SOCI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't get notified during the month if one of the postings can't be done and needs to be edited. I only find out a posting did not go on a platform when I come in to setup the next month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for my Social Media Marketing Plan
