Very Capable but Somewhat Lacking Social Media Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how SOCi centralizes social media management across multiple locations. It makes scheduling content easier and more efficient, and the analytics provide useful insights to help guide decisions. The platform has potential to be a great tool with its focus on streamlining processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find SOCi to be a bit rigid in its functionality. It doesn’t offer the flexibility I need to manage social media effectively. Some features feel limiting, and I often find myself wishing for more robust capabilities. It also seems to lack certain key tools that would enhance its usability and make it more effective for day-to-day management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps me manage both social media and local listings across multiple locations in one centralized platform. This saves me time by streamlining the scheduling and posting process, ensuring consistency across channels. The analytics are also helpful for understanding performance and making data-driven decisions, which allows me to focus on higher-level strategies instead of being bogged down by repetitive tasks.

Schedule the posting in advance that helps saving lot of time and plan ahead.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont see anything for now, as I stared using this effectively will have some idea on what to be improved in real time challenges

Its scheduling the post in advance
Just not understanding how to maximize this product and not seeing any action going to my website

Decent posts but not always high quality photos

Not seeing any action from this. All trying is too high level and seems to just sell the higher level programs

It is suppose to be helping me bring potential clients to my website but I am not seeing any actions

What do you like best about the product?
It saves me so much time and also allows me to keep a consistent presence on all media platforms. I set aside about 2 - 3 hours once or twice a month to schedule contant. I set it and forget it essentially.
I share authentic messages and fun content but I don't have to dedicate much time to it. I am able to keep my clients and the public informed, while also enjoying the freedom to devote most of my business hours to actually working in and on my business.

I can't think of anything. But I need to reach the minimum of characters LOL.

It frees up my time to foncus on in-person activity and also adds more time for self-care since I don't have to worry about generating content more than a few hours a month.
