What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy. People that know what they are doing take care of the heavy lifting

Nothing!!! It could not be easier. Maybe would like to add a 'personal touch' or specific information for my business and area.

I don't have the time to create and post content. It allows me to focus on growing my business

The Scheduler is super easy, I like that it is easy to upload and post content with my multiple locations.

There is a lot of information showed on the home page, too much to be able to really see what it is showing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to post multiple content at once for either as a company as a whole or a single location.

It simplifies the outreach marketing we have to do without using 30 different websites
HUUUGE Help With Multiple Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
We have a pretty set social media posting schedule, so its really nice to get the months social media posting done by scheduling posts for all of our social platforms at once. The dashboard is very user friendly and was easy to learn. We, also, utilize the review response tool to respond to our reviews. It is nice that their are preset responses that we are able to make personalized changes to. We use SOCi at least once a week. Overall, SOCi is a huge timesaver and a huge productivity tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truly, the only hiccup I have run into with SOCi is that sometimes my pictures get kicked back for being too big so I will have to play around with them to get them down to size. This is a rare occurrence, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi streamlines our social media posting, making it so much easier to schedule a whole months worth of posts in a short amount of time. This helps us be able to use that time elsewhere. Also, not having to switch between multiple social media platforms and make the same post over and over saves us even more time!

Fantastic Social Media Boost
What do you like best about the product?
I love the automated posting and scheduling features in SOCi! The software is intuitive and easy to use. I especially love the ability to cross post to multiple social media sites at once, it saves me hours each week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the wrong libraries from my neighborly franchise connections appear and I am unable to find the ones for my franchise.

It saves me a lot of time and headache with the ability to schedule and see all my posts in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci manages my social media so I don't have to. It created wonderful content that engages my audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, it works as intended and I love it.

I don't need to think about my social presence.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease and use of SOCi. Have everything in one place is extremely convenient and allows me to get my work done quicker. The integration is easy and everything matches up when talking between platforms. The customer support is great. We use SOCi Daily, and I can't think of another software that would compare.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really despise the timing feature. When we started using SOCi our business was already opened. Everything imported into SOCi like we never answered it. Our response time is extremely skewed because of this. For our club it's no big deal, but I want to show off to the others how great we are doing and I can't.

SOCi is just combining everything into one so I don't need to switch between APPS
Helpful for Managing multiple locations
What do you like best about the product?
With social, the thing I find most useful when managing a brand's social engagement for multiple locations is the ease of performing tasks like scheduling post or replying to reviews all on one page rather than having to switch between locations and platforms. Having data from all platforms come together in one place has saved a lot of time. Because of the time saving element, it frees up time to look at metrics, insights, reviews, and address other elements. SO the platform is saving me time but also allowing me utilize even more features soci has to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I wish soci was a little more equipped for is posting/sharing onto instagram stories. For example, sharing our own post onto our story a day or so later to keep engagement up. Along with that, I would really like to see the option of posting Facebook stories as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem we've had a run in with is removing/adding permissions for different franchisees and lower level users who need access to our platform. I'd also like to see an improvement on the turnaround time for adding a new location.
