What do you like best about the product?
Analytics that it gives for posts on social media and ease of scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a good content creator for social media. Having it all in one like PosterMyWall or Canva would make it better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shows my weakness in engagement but let's me try different methods.

Ease of Implemnation! SOCi is very easy to use and navagite through!

What do you like best about the product?
I love Genius Social, Genius Search, and Listings. It has made it a lot easier to manage multiple locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could manage Facebook groups. The Genius Social does not have group planning ability as of yet. It has to be done by location. Genius Social tends to have some bugs but it is still great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped by managing multiple locations in one platform and multiple business listings for each location.
Soci has been fantastic as a corporate employee
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the easy acces to post at such wide variety. They have great customer support and i frequently use the service on a weekly basis with my company. there is a large number of features that have easy integration. They are easy to implement into our companies needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no downsides to soci and have enjoyed my experience so far.

It makes it easy for all employees to easily acces and post on our media accounts.

Scheduling posts is very easy. The homepage is pretty user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Facebook posts are limited to ten photos. I've had to break up into two separate posts which decreases the visibility and makes it more difficult for our followers to, well, follow.

It helps us get our business more advertisement and visibility.

Easy Simple experience
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is an impressive platform for businesses looking to streamline their social media management, particularly for multi-location and franchise businesses. The user interface is intuitive, making it easy for teams to manage a large volume of accounts from a single dashboard. Some standout features I particularly appreciate include: SOCi’s customer support team is responsive and knowledgeable. They’re very proactive in addressing queries and helping businesses set up and optimize their accounts for better performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
While SOCi has many great features, there are a few areas that could use improvement: SOCi can be on the pricier side, especially for smaller businesses or those with a limited number of locations. The value is clear for larger organizations, but the cost might be a barrier for smaller companies that don't require all of the platform's capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For businesses with multiple locations or franchise networks, maintaining a consistent brand voice across various social media accounts can be daunting. At the same time, each location may have unique needs, such as local promotions, events, or customer engagement that require tailored content.
Useful and time saving
What do you like best about the product?
I love the social media planning and scheduling services. This is a huge time saver and I can still control the content and schedule without having to go in to update constantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't discovered anything to dislike at this point.

Saving time and increasing my social media presence
I enjoy the products that SOCi has to offer- Very user friendly

SOCi is able to fill in the gaps where my team is unable to. They keep us up to date on our social pages while our team can fous on other things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our representatives for our account do not have experience in our industry. Sometimes we have to redirect on what the subject of the post to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting regularly for us when my team does not have the time. This allows us to stay present on socials while we can direct our focus elsewhere.
