Great tool for posting to social media
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's all in one post to social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is you can't delete if you make a mistake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us create social media posts using one platform.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's extremely easy to cross promote on all of our social media platforms and scheduling ahead, throughout the month, is a breeze. It was very easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not find anything about Soci that would be a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci helps me by freeing up my time. Because of SOCI, I do not have to post on social media every day. I am able to schedule content months in advance and can move on to my next task!

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to connect with my team in a hub environment to collaborate and plan content in a variety of social networks makes my life so much easier. Utilizing the calendar function to see day to day posts and upcoming campaigns
Soci's support team is fabulous and so helpful when we have a question or concern about our plans and campaigns.
Getting started with each network was a breeze, simple implementation of each social media site got us started right away.

No complaints so far after being an avid user for the last year plus.

What do you like best about the product?
I recently atarted using the SoCi seems to be very easy to use and has several features for integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not get to that point as I amn stating to get to navigate SoCi and familiarize myself with it.

I can target all my social media needs and it benefits to cut time in navigating between all our social media

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the support team behind SOCi. We are transitioning from one platform to SOCi and I've been really impressed with all the help provided by SOCi. I really like the features that SOCi has that is new for us like some of the reporting, genius search, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we haven't experienced anything that we dislike about SOCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is providing great insights / reporting features that helps us keep our local stores in line.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the cross-platform scheduled posting. Being able to schedule, design and plan SOCi posts ahead of time makes it easier for my community to grow a digital relationship with our residents and prospects. It is very easy to use SOCi, even if you are unfamiliar with running a social media page for a business or don't have experience in digital marketing techniques. A lot of people in this industry don't have experience with graphic design (I do, but my coworkers don't) and SOCi links with RPM's digital marketing packages to make it easy to share premade, brand-friendly graphics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had a lot of issues trying to get log ins to our social media accounts. The property I work for was an RPM takeover and we never received the log ins to our Instagram or Facebook. I put in a work request but it just sent me a password reset link for SOCi... I would feel better about our social media presence if I were able to create Instagram stories and highlights, but wihtout the log ins, it is hard to keep our Instagram page looking as professional as I would like it to be. Is any one able to assist me with this?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we have not received the log-ins to our property's social medias after a RPM takeover, I am able to maintain an active social media presence by posting content through SOCi.

An easy user interface for total reputation management.
What do you like best about the product?
clean easy user interface. Allows me to see all my marketing and reputation management efforts in one place. Easily allows me to update my online profile, store hours, services etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
getting my marketing team and other vendors to plug into the system. Its of course only as good as the information you pit in.
