The scheduled post and ability to create within

I think adding more AI in and also giving tips on top times to post on social media to get within the algorithms and give suggestions

Great marketing platform for SMB
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. The marketing calendar feature works like a charm.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing multiple territories in Soci is a challenge. We have 4 territories that we manage thru Soci and there is a lot of duplication of cycles and clicks. I wish there was a mechanism for publishing to multiple territories with a click of a button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use for publishing to Facebook and Instagram.

The AI answer questions directly and fast.

I dont like that it is hard to figure out because there are alot of feature

It lets me know where to go and where to look to resolve issues

I really like that SOCi brings all aspects of social media to one place.

The only downside that I have run into would be that it does not let you share your scheduled post on your story and on your page at the same time.

Soci fress me up to do others thing with it scheduling feature. Its robust analytics allows mee to see a snapshot of how followers are engaing and what ares need more attention.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that all of my platforms are in one login with SOCi and I can manage my online listings and get help with google review replies. It is very user friendly and helps me have a one stop shop to see my Google My Business page and connect my social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything! It's been a great resourse so far!

Helping my to see analytics on Google My Business page, and help with google review replies.
