I like that you can categorize pages together to ensure that relevant sites receive the same information

There is no eary way to quickly select a low amount of locations if you have one quick update that doesn't really need a new group made

SOCi has not been able to solve the most recent issue I've had, but I've found a work around/

It is a large company so support is often slower.

The app could benefit from some enhancements, the app is what are franchisees use most.

Reputation management, updating and maintaining consistent hours.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating custom groups of locations was incredibly helpful and made post scheduling very easy. Also their feedback and customer service was always helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes some element animations of the website could be a little haphazard. They would sometimes interrupt the workflow, but usually those are fixed eventually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work flow or ease of use has always been the plus when working with SOCi. Sending feedback and getting help from support always helped, whether there was something in the site that needed fixing, or they just had a solution for me to keep my work flow at its best.

Soci makes it easy to schedule my posts and to share to multiple platforms in one go!
When ever I have a question on usability, their support team is always there to help. I use Soci on a weekly basis for all my posts.
I must add that adding my social media platforms was seamless.

Soci helps me save time bybeing able to upload all my posts the same dat and then being able to spread when the posts actually post to my socials
