Easy way to see many locations at once
What do you like best about the product?
All platforms are in one spot, there are a lot of different ways in which the data is broken down and turned into numberical digestible numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no search option, at least not that I've seen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of multiple locations listed on mutiple platforms.

I like that i could post on all different media a once. It is very quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't see all the interaction on all the media at once.

It helps a lot with time manangent i could post things on all media in advance.

Soci is easy to use and great for work. I am so glad that my coompnay decided to use this site.

nothing as of now it's pretty easy to use.

using for social media. The best part of it you can post differnt timing without even having to be up around the time to post.

Everything in one place, sort of easy to us and like the real time aspect

The user interface is not aesthically pleasing

implementation seems to be hard with consistency.

It is helping me navigate all my soci places in one place.
SOCi is easy to use without having to be an expert

SOCi makes sense and can be used quickly and easily without having to use an instruction manual, lengthy trainings, etc. I like how easy it is to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a downside to using SOCi. Maybe make it quicker and easier to view your actual social media from SOCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to apply marketing for all 4 of my sites from 1 central location. It streamlines my process and saves me time.

all platforms in one location. Easy to set up. Makes you look like a posting rockstar.

No info bubble pop up when hovering on a button.

Mostly posting quality posts acrross all my platforms consistently.

I liked that there were so many things to learn and there are many ways to gain new knowledge/training.

There is SO much information that it's a bit overwhelming.

Getting the word out on our social media platforms regarding what we're offering/our services.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and I like that I can plan my posts out in advance and see them in a month-view calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've used a similar program before that allowed me to post the first comment on my posts but I don't believe that's an option in SOCi. I don't like to post hashtags in my caption and I prefer to post them in the first comment so that would be a nice feature to have.

It's easier to login to SOCi and schedule all of my posts at once than it is to login to multiple different platforms to post.
SOCI makes posting about my organizations programs easy! Love that I can schedule posts ahead

Navigating around can be difficult. There are so many tabs that I don't really use. Would be nice for customized dashboard

I'm the only one who post on social media so it makes it easy for me thag I don't have to go to individuals platforms to post. I can quickly post to all platforms
