What do you like best about the product?
YOlK AI helps me adjust weak spots, and the reps actually enjoy the challenges in it. The interface is also excellent, with a great dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some scoring sometimes felt a bit generic, but other than that I didn’t have any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has improved the quality of our initial outreach conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
Now I don’t need to listen to hours of recordings just to find that one teachable moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much flexibility in the scorecard criteria, which makes it harder to adjust the evaluation to different needs.

The automated call analysis digs into discovery, objection handling, and rapport, so managers don’t have to listen to every recording to understand what happened on the call.

What do you like best about the product?
The visual dashboard makes it easy to pinpoint where reps struggle, and it clearly breaks down objection handling and where rapport breaks down.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing I found difficult was data integration. Some of our third-party call platforms were finicky at first, which required a few tweaks to the API settings to get everything working smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped solve our lack of quantifiable insight into rep performance, which we previously had to guess at based on anecdotal coaching feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
Yolk works well for remote sales teams. Managers can review calls without needing to shadow live. The AI roleplays let reps practice anytime, and the feedback is immediate, without having to schedule meetings. The dashboards also provide clear visibility across regions, which helps keep coaching consistent even when the team is fully remote.
What do you dislike about the product?
Remote reps still need proper onboarding, and that part feels a bit lacking right now. Also, some of the roleplay sessions can start to feel repetitive after a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It replaced live call shadowing for us, and remote coaching scaled easily across the team. Rep development stayed on track, and overall visibility into progress and coaching improved.
