    What do you like best about the product?
    Yolk has automated much of our enablement work. Call reviews are now handled automatically, and skill gaps surface without any manual analysis. Roleplays have replaced a lot of our repetitive training sessions, while the dashboards make it easy to track progress clearly. Overall, enablement scales much better for us.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Automation is helpful, but it still needs oversight. Some reports also require initial setup before they’re truly useful. Adoption doesn’t happen automatically either—it takes ongoing reinforcement to stick.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It reduced the amount of manual enablement work we had to do. Training is now more targeted, managers save time, and development stays consistent across the team.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Yolk clearly identifies weaknesses in discovery conversations. The call analysis highlights missed questions and moments where I could have gone deeper. The roleplays keep the focus on probing and listening, and the feedback points to specific gaps instead of staying generic. It also gives reps a chance to practice discovery in realistic settings, and the improvement is noticeable.

    Discovery scoring needs more context to make it feel meaningful. Some roleplays come across as a bit too structured, which can limit how natural they feel. Scenario variety also seems to take time to build up, so it can feel repetitive until more options appear.

    What do you dislike about the product?
    The scores still need more context to be truly useful. Some reps push back at first, and the setup process requires everyone to agree on the criteria upfront.
