What do you like best about the product?
Yolk has improved the quality of our coaching conversations. Managers come in prepared with the right data, so discussions stay grounded and focus on specific skills rather than generalities. The roleplays help reinforce feedback right away, and sessions remain focused and short. Overall, coaching feels more effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interpreting the data takes some practice, and a few reps may need extra reassurance along the way. Reporting customization also feels limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped remove unfocused coaching, so our time is used better. Improvements in reps became visible, and coaching now scales more easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Yolk connects training directly to real sales conversations. Reps can see their own calls reflected in the roleplays, and the feedback ties back to specific moments that actually happened. Because of that, the training feels practical rather than theoretical, and reps are able to apply the lessons right away. Overall, engagement has increased.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some roleplays can start to feel repetitive after a while. Keeping the content updated also takes a fair amount of effort, and the initial setup isn’t instant—it requires some planning to get everything in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Yolk has brought much-needed structure to our new-hire onboarding. The call scoring helps show readiness early, and the roleplays mirror real customer conversations. The feedback guides reps step by step, so they know exactly what to work on next. Managers can track progress easily, and overall the onboarding experience feels consistent from one hire to the next.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial onboarding scenarios require some setup, and the early scores can feel a bit overwhelming at first. A few of the metrics also need clearer explanation so it’s easier to understand what they mean and how to interpret them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It standardized our onboarding coaching process. Ramp time is shorter, and managers don’t have to repeat the same content as often. As a result, new hires build confidence faster and get up to speed more smoothly.
