What do you like best about the product?
Yolk reinforces coaching beyond scheduled meetings, so reps can practice skills on their own time. The roleplays reflect recent call feedback, and the instant feedback makes it easier to self-correct in the moment. Progress is visible over time, which helps keep coaching continuous rather than something that only happens in meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Self-practice really comes down to staying disciplined with your reps. The notifications could be better, since they’d help me keep that routine. Also, getting a good variety of scenarios takes some effort, so it isn’t always as smooth as I’d like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps coaching active between sessions, so skills improve faster. It also reduces dependency on my manager and helps make learning more consistent over time.
