What do you like best about the product?
Yolk clearly highlights gaps in how closing conversations are handled. The call analysis helps surface missed closing signals, and the roleplays realistically simulate the pressure at the end of a call. Feedback stays focused on specific language choices and timing, which makes it easier to adjust in the moment. As a result, reps become more intentional during closes, and overall consistency has improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the closing scenarios could use more variation. The calibration process took a while, and the feedback tone can sometimes feel a bit too direct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It improved our closing discipline. Reps hesitate less at the end of calls, and follow-through on deals has gotten better. Win rates have also increased gradually over time.

What do you dislike about the product?
