What do you like best about the product?
Yolk makes it easy to see where coaching should focus. The call analysis surfaces the biggest gaps first, and the dashboards clearly summarize issues across the whole team. As a result, managers can prepare coaching sessions faster, and the roleplays reinforce those same focus areas. Overall, coaching feels more targeted and consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboards need some initial configuration before they’re really useful. A few of the metrics also require additional explanation to understand what they represent. Overall, the setup takes coordination to get everything aligned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes the guesswork out of coaching. Managers can focus on the right skills, and rep improvement accelerates as a result. Overall, time is used more efficiently.
