What do you like best about the product?
Yolk has automated much of our enablement work. Call reviews are now handled automatically, and skill gaps surface without any manual analysis. Roleplays have replaced a lot of our repetitive training sessions, while the dashboards make it easy to track progress clearly. Overall, enablement scales much better for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation is helpful, but it still needs oversight. Some reports also require initial setup before they’re truly useful. Adoption doesn’t happen automatically either—it takes ongoing reinforcement to stick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduced the amount of manual enablement work we had to do. Training is now more targeted, managers save time, and development stays consistent across the team.

It improves the quality of discovery. Reps are able to uncover better information, which helps sales conversations go deeper and ultimately leads to better deal outcomes.
