What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Mindtickle at JFrog is for training. I believe I have used Mindtickle for training purposes with something related to sales and strategy, but I cannot really remember well. I do not have anything else to add about how I or my team use Mindtickle.
What is most valuable?
The best features Mindtickle offers in my experience are the simplicity of the platform and the self-progression, along with the layout of the website.
What makes the self-progression and the layout helpful for me is that it customizes the journey, allowing me to work at my own pace.
What needs improvement?
I do not have anything in my mind about how Mindtickle could be improved. There is nothing else that comes to my mind regarding needed improvements.
For how long have I used the solution?
I am unsure about how long I have been using Mindtickle.

Regarding Mindtickle's AI capabilities, I don't know what to think about its governance and security. I think the accuracy and reliability of Mindtickle's AI output work well.

What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Mindtickle is as a learning management system. I personally do not manage or create any content, but our enablement team uploads training sessions in Mindtickle when they want to enable the CS team with certain changes and processes. We in CS complete the training sessions, which are very intuitive in Mindtickle.
What is most valuable?
In my opinion, the best features Mindtickle offers are the quiz and the requirement that it does not let you skip past a certain timeline without reviewing the video completely. It requires you to completely watch the video before marking the training session as completed.
In terms of accountability, I think there is no room for proxy here. The quiz is something I look forward to in order to test my knowledge. After completing a program, I take a quick quiz to understand where I am standing. These features, coupled together, are really intuitive and interactive.
I think everyone is getting greatly benefited from Mindtickle. In the organization I worked in the past, the enablement team's go-to resource would be Mindtickle.
What needs improvement?
I have no comments regarding how Mindtickle can be improved.

I have been using Mindtickle for more than three years.
What other advice do I have?
As I am an individual contributor, I will not be able to comment on any specific outcomes or changes related to team performance, onboarding speed, or knowledge retention after using Mindtickle. It would be great if you can touch with some of the CS leadership folks.
I gave Mindtickle a rating of seven out of ten. I would not say that it is the very best learning management system, but it does its work overall very well.
I am unsure about Mindtickle's AI capabilities regarding its governance and security. I am unsure about Mindtickle's AI capabilities, but I think it transcribes whatever is given. For example, if I have been given an assignment, it transcribes the entire conversation and tries to see if it matches the keywords as required by the person who assigned it. If there is an assignment, you as a reviewer should upload a document or a transcript which might have all possible scripts and keywords based on which it checks how you performed based on transcribing, and it will give you results. That is my understanding, though I am not sure if this is helpful.
Integrated training and AI coaching have transformed global sales consistency and visibility
What is our primary use case?
Mindtickle is our primary sales enablement technology, and day-to-day we conduct training programs. My role as the platform owner involves owning the execution and creation of all kinds of training content, which could be recorded sessions or more experiential learning, assessments, certifications, as well as various parts of the suite. Digital Sales Rooms are part of my role to manage, oversee, and create content for those, along with Call AI, which we use heavily as our conversational intelligence. We are also about to use Deal Guides, which provide hyper-personalized deal-level guidance.
Call AI fits into my workflow as both a coaching and insight layer across the sales organization. On the coaching side, it helps managers and enablement teams scale feedback much more effectively. Rather than relying only on live call shadowing, we can review conversation patterns, objection handling, discovery quality, and messaging consistency across a much broader set of calls. We also use it to identify recurring themes in the field, such as common objections, competitive mentions, or areas where sellers struggle in discovery or positioning. Operationally, it became very useful for onboarding new reps, reinforcing sales methodology, identifying coaching opportunities, and helping managers prioritize where to spend coaching time. From the sellers and presales perspective, it is a fantastic way to save time and help them follow up easier and better, and also draw from intelligence over multiple calls, getting deeper insights on a self-coaching level.
Digital Sales Rooms stand out to me as quite transformative, not just for improving communication between buyers and sellers, but also for tracking what assets are viewed and not viewed and how they impact closed deals and lost deals.
What is most valuable?
The best features Mindtickle offers in my opinion are not just features but also the staff. They are a fantastic company to work for, and their CSMs are some of the best I have ever worked with. They feel like genuine partners, increasingly referred to as client partners. They provide great strategic insight and really help us maximize the platform. Additionally, I love how comprehensive it is, as you really do not need any other enablement technology, and they are very innovative, always coming out with fantastic new features while genuinely listening to their customers to guide the direction.
Mindtickle has had a very positive impact across several areas of the organization, particularly around consistency, scalability, and visibility into enablement effectiveness. One of the biggest improvements is creating a more structured and repeatable learning experience globally. Prior to that, there was a lot of regional working depending on a particular manager or coach, and Mindtickle helped create centralized learning paths, certification, and reinforcement in a much more scalable way. AI Role-plays, which I should have mentioned before, are especially impactful as they allow reps to practice realistic customer conversations in a safe environment while providing managers with much better visibility into coaching opportunities without the need to manually review every interaction. This also removes any potential bias from the managers, improving both coaching efficiency and seller confidence. We also saw strong engagement when learning was closely tied to real seller workflows and certifications, with practical exercises and manager reinforcement driving much stronger adoption than passive training. The analytics and reporting were invaluable as they provided much clearer insight into participation, skill progression, and areas where teams were struggling. More broadly, I think the platform shifted enablement from being viewed merely as content delivery towards something more measurable, interactive, and behavior-focused.
What needs improvement?
I think the ability to create very sophisticated SCORM-based learning experiences is something that Mindtickle currently lacks, as we use Articulate Rise for our high-level productions. Therefore, I believe they have some work to do in that respect, and also allowing for more bulk actions as an admin would be fantastic.
I would like to see a little more visibility directly on things such as click rates on different parts of the page, which I think would be really powerful, along with a bit of automated auditing of content.

I have been using Mindtickle since I joined Click in October 2024.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
In my experience, Mindtickle is stable. It is not 100% working all the time, but it is extremely stable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Mindtickle's scalability is extremely good.
How are customer service and support?
The customer support is an 11 out of 10; it is absolutely fantastic.
What other advice do I have?
My advice for others looking to use Mindtickle is to build the foundations first. The content has to be good from the source, and less is more. Start with the most important things, and do not try to get everyone to do everything at once.
Without using any of their competitors, Mindtickle is a really great option, whether for hundreds of people, even thousands, or just a small team; there is a lot of value to be gained here, and it is only getting better. I would rate this review a 9 out of 10.
Progress tracking and instant AI assessments have boosted my training efficiency and productivity
What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Mindtickle day-to-day is to access courses.
A quick, specific example of a course I accessed recently was completing learning materials about how to book airline reservations. I was able to carry out activities that matched activities to airline timelines and dates.
I usually find that Mindtickle helps to make courses more responsive in such a way that I could keep track of my progress and other important metrics.
What is most valuable?
In my opinion, the best feature Mindtickle offers is the ability to keep track of progress as well as the AI feature that is included.
The AI feature stands out because it provides automatic assessment. The AI automatically takes your submissions and gives you your scoring immediately.
Mindtickle has positively impacted my organization by empowering me and thereby improving the efficiency in which I work in my organization.
I would say that since using Mindtickle, it has improved productivity because the system is structured in such a seamless way that makes everything easier to access.
What needs improvement?
I do not feel that Mindtickle can be improved. As far as I'm concerned, it is good as it is. I would not add anything about needed improvements, even small things that could make my experience better.

I have been using Mindtickle for about a year, and during that time I have used it to learn and complete various activities.

My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing is that it was handled by the higher-ups and the HR department in the organization, so that was beyond my scope.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Mindtickle came in highly recommended, so before choosing it, I do not think other options were evaluated.
What other advice do I have?
For others looking into using Mindtickle, I would recommend it because it is a very good product and I would recommend it to any organization for use because it will improve their workflow, improve their productivity, and at the end of the day, improve their outputs. I would rate this product a 10 out of 10.
Structured training has created a continuous learning path and now filters committed agents
What is our primary use case?
Mindtickle is used for airline-related training purposes in the airline industry. Since I work with ASAP tickets as an independent travel manager, Mindtickle is used to train us. I received initial training at the beginning, and every month, I am assigned courses on Mindtickle related to the airline industry, covering topics such as how to deal with clients and how to sell products.
How has it helped my organization?
Mindtickle has helped ASAP tickets, Vagamo, and Dreamport in general by making learning easier for their agents. Dreamport recruits agents from Africa and the Philippines. When they recruit these agents, the first step is a test to assess English knowledge. Once that is completed, agents move on to Mindtickle. This approach prevents ASAP from experiencing stress during the training process. Mindtickle has helped train thousands and tens of thousands of agents because recruitment is ongoing every day. Mindtickle has been the go-to system used to train these agents. Once agents complete the Mindtickle stage, they are introduced to the world of the airline industry. They learn all the basics and understand what they will be doing. On Mindtickle, agents can view demo accounts of the client management system where they can practice and see what experienced agents have done. Mindtickle trains agents, and this has greatly helped the company. The Mindtickle training spans approximately eight to fourteen days and has made learning easier for agents. The structure is similar to being enrolled in school where reading and taking exams are required. If an agent fails, they do not proceed to the next phase of recruitment. This approach helps the company filter out unserious people because there is a time limit on Mindtickle. If agents cannot keep up because the courses can be demanding, they must invest their time to complete the training. Mindtickle has helped the company filter out unserious agents. The serious agents who invest their time move on to the next stage of recruitment. This has been a great development for the company. New agents learn through Mindtickle before proceeding to the next phase of recruitment, where they are assigned a supervisor to help them practice what they have learned in the real world.
Mindtickle is the tool Dreamport uses for all its companies, including ASAP tickets, Ojo, and Vagamo. Mindtickle is used to train new agents across these companies. They recruit thousands of agents daily, and with Mindtickle, they can filter out unserious people who cannot commit time to complete the courses. Those unserious agents have been filtered out. Agents who pass the Mindtickle stage move on to the next stage of their onboarding process. When they meet employers at Dreamport, they will come with knowledge gathered from using Mindtickle. This has simplified the recruitment process for Dreamport and helped filter out unserious agents. For example, if Dreamport recruits a thousand agents in a day, Mindtickle might disqualify eight hundred, leaving two hundred who are assigned supervisors and continue with onboarding. This has been excellent for employee retention because training is an ongoing process at Dreamport. I initially worked only in ASAP tickets. When Dreamport launched Vagamo, high-performing agents were assigned Mindtickle courses on how to handle clients there. I completed that and then started working under both Vagamo and Dreamport. Learning is continuous, with every month bringing new courses that help expand knowledge. Sometimes the same course is refreshed and offered again. The airline industry is ever-evolving, and continuous knowledge updates are necessary. This new information enables us to handle clients well and surpass targets, which contributes to the company retaining employees.
What is most valuable?
The best features Mindtickle offers include the way it unlocks courses. You must complete one course before the next course is unlocked, and that is a really good feature. You cannot jump ahead and must understand one course before taking the next. When you are done with a course, it unlocks your assessment part. Another great feature is how it scores you in percentage while you are watching the video. You cannot skip through the video until the end and then receive 100%. While watching, you must pay attention, and your percentage increases incrementally: 1%, 10%, 15%, 50%, 70%, 75%, and finally 100%, at which point the course is fully completed. I also appreciate how it structures everything. When you have multiple courses, you can see your progress displayed as 50% done, 20% done, or 65% done. These features stood out to me.
What needs improvement?
I do not see anything that needs improvement because all the features are great. However, I noticed during continuous assessments that for Dreamport, which employs agents from various regions, including Africa, electricity and internet access are problematic. While training new agents with Mindtickle, I observed that when agents are taking a course and their internet connection drops, the course gets submitted automatically if they do not reconnect quickly. Agents only have three attempts for assessments. This can frustrate agents from countries in Africa, such as Nigeria. If Mindtickle could save progress even when internet connection drops and allow agents to retake the assessment when the connection reconnects, that would be helpful. That is the only thing I think could be worked on.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Mindtickle for approximately twenty-two months.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Mindtickle is very stable in my experience. My company has been using it for a couple of years, and there have not been issues or complaints from agents that use it. The complaints usually come from unserious agents who say they did not have enough time to finish, but if someone is serious about this process, then the time should be sufficient.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Mindtickle's scalability is effective because all agents recruited by Dreamport for any of its companies, including ASAP, Ojo, and Vagamo, go through Mindtickle. It filters out all the unserious agents, and the remaining agents move on to the next phase of the onboarding process. Mindtickle handles the users and data well.
How are customer service and support?
In my office, I have not contacted Mindtickle's customer support because there has not been any need to do so.
What other advice do I have?
I would definitely recommend going ahead with Mindtickle because it will cut down on costs, save time, and help reduce the number of employees needed to train new hires. Mindtickle will help train new employees and filter out unserious ones, as I have mentioned throughout this review. It is a really good solution, and I would definitely tell others to go for it. I give this product a rating of nine out of ten.
