    What do you like best about the product?
    Mindtickle ability to gamify sales enablement while providing deep technical insights into my performance is unmatched. I love the Competency Hightlights dashboard, which gives me a transparent look at my strengths, like my 81/100 Product Knowledge score, and clearly identifies where I need to focus my next coaching sessions. The Coaching Rooms are a major efficiency booster, allowing me to manage multiple active sessions and track my progress with learners like Jacqueline Watkins in one consolidated view.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    While the dashboard is visually engaging, the sheer volume of Required vs. optional content in the Continue section can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming during a busy sales week. I've noticed that navigating between the main learning feed and the coaching rooms requires a few more clicks than I'd like when I'm trying to quickly review feedback.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Mindtickle has solved our knowledge gap problem by ensuring that everyone on the team is aligned on our latest Sales Methodology and Tools. It has eliminated the guesswork in my professional development, I no longer have to wonder if my Negotiation or Product Demonstration skills are meeting company standards because the data is right there.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like how Mindtickle combines training, coaching, and readiness measurement into one platform. The structured certifications and role-based learning make it easy to ensure reps truly understand the material. I really value the coaching tools, which give clear visibility into performance and readiness, making coaching more targeted and effective. It helps create confidence across the team by ensuring everyone is aligned and prepared. The training is structured and role-based, which makes it easy to tailor learning paths for different roles or experience levels, which is quite helpful during onboarding and when rolling out new messaging and products. The coaching tools add another layer of value by enabling managers to reinforce learning through practice, feedback, and assessments.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Because the platform is very robust, it can sometimes feel overly complex when you just need quick answers or fast updates. Pulling specific readiness or certification insights isn't always as intuitive as it could be. While the analytics are powerful, more sampled, role-specific dashboards would be helpful to see a quick snapshot of rep readiness without needing deep reporting expertise. The navigation could be simplified; with training programs, certifications, and coaching analytics in different sections, it can take time to remember where to go for specific actions. A more unified or guided workflow, especially for common tasks, would make the experience feel more intuitive. The initial setup requires some upfront time to get everything ready and aligned to the sales process, despite the onboarding support.

    Mindtickle eliminates inconsistent messaging and reduces ramp times by centralizing training, certifications, and sales content. It also improves team development through clear visibility into readiness and skill gaps, helping managers focus coaching effectively.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Mindtickle served as a solid tool for our team to house digital course content and run our live courses for our different enablement programs. What really stood out to us is the ability to easily add in facilitators and coaches to grade and give feedback on certain assignments and roleplays within the system.

    When working with Mindtickle we found that they team was rather responsive to our notes and feedback. They were able to take our desired features into account while maintaining aspects of the platform that we liked.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Mindtickle had some funky approaches when it comes to hosting live instructor lead trainings. We felt like the course build always took a while to mirror the structure we wanted for our live courses. We also we not the biggest fans of the interface when it came to purely on demand courses. It felt clunky at times and the home access pages felt outdated.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Mindtickle helped our organization create a central hub for all of our enablement courses and materials. The platform allowed us to integrate previously created materials from Adobe Rise and build out much needed assignments that required student feedback. It served as a solid tool to ensure we were executing a flipped classroom model for our live courses.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I use Mindtickle mainly because it has the best analytics I've seen in an LMS platform. The analytics feature is very helpful in creating custom dashboards for managers. This allows them to easily track where their reports and new hires are across certain programs without sifting through information, thanks to the quick link feature. It's an efficient way to stay on top of things.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I think the only thing that could be improved is the Google integration when uploading content. We've had some issues with that.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Mindtickle provides a clear platform with great data analytics, helping us measure competencies across the team. We use the analytics to create custom dashboards for managers, allowing them to track reports and new hires easily without sifting through information.
