    What do you like best about the product?
    I use Salesloft for sales engagement and automation, which helps me streamline our outreach, track interactions, and close deals faster. Salesloft solves our problem of manual sales outreach and follow-ups, saving us time and increasing our sales team's productivity. We've seen benefits like faster deal closure and improved sales rep efficiency. I love the cadence feature; it automates our outreach sequences and follow-ups, making our sales process way more efficient. The cadence feature allows us to automate personalized outreach sequences, enabling us to nurture leads more effectively and focus on high-value tasks, like closing deals. Salesloft's UI and cadence features were a better fit for our sales team's workflow compared to the previous tool we used. The initial setup was pretty smooth, and Salesloft's support team worked with us to get everything configured, getting us up and running in about a week.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    One thing I'd like to see improved is more advanced reporting customization options, sometimes it's tricky to get the exact data we need. It'd be great if Salesloft allowed more flexible data filtering and custom metric creation in their reports, so we can analyze performance exactly how we want.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use Salesloft to streamline sales outreach, automate follow-ups, and save time, boosting productivity and efficiency. It helps us close deals faster by automating our sales process.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like the flexibility in building cadences that help us deliver the right number of touch points based on buyer signals. It also helps us provide the right content that the buyer is seeking, such as pricing tables and competitor analysis. The ease of loading People into the right cadences is extremely helpful. Additionally, the initial setup of Salesloft was very easy.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    To complete the full funnel view it would be helpful to plug into our forecasting tools.

    Salesloft helps our field teams deliver consistent, solutions selling communications and build cadences based on buyer signals, which is enhanced by the ability to load the right people into these cadences easily.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I use Salesloft to integrate email templates with my team, which I find incredibly useful. I really appreciate the ability to save and duplicate email templates, as it makes my workflow more efficient. One of the features I like the most is being able to share templates with my team. It allows for a seamless transition when one person finds an email that works well with customers, making it easy for the rest of the team to implement. Additionally, the initial setup of Salesloft was very easy and the whole process was self-explanatory.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I don't like that the Chrome extension is always lagging and not connecting properly. It feels off and I wish they could integrate it better with Chrome so when you log on and off it stays on.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use Salesloft to integrate and share email templates with my team. It solves the problem of template duplication and makes team collaboration seamless when we find an email that works well.

    What do you dislike about the product?
    1.0 Slow response time when handling large cadences.
    2.0 new SDRs sometimes struggle with cadences
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Automation and no need to write different emails for each inquiry we raise. We have created cadences for each use case and our SDRs following by fine tuning our email.

    I think the open rate has also increased due to the same.

    More productivity and the SDR team can now focus more on cold calling.
