AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing has two pricing dimensions built around a contract. You start with the Drift Enterprise Platform, a base license that includes Gen AI Chatbots covering up to 12,000 replies and one site, plus Live Chat and Fastlane. The Replies dimension is a usage-based add-on. You draw on it only when chatbot replies exceed the amount included in the base platform. See your contract terms for how these extra replies are counted and billed. Together, the base platform sets your included capacity, and the Replies dimension scales cost with added chatbot activity.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one reply for billing under the Replies dimension?
A reply is a single response your Gen AI chatbot sends to a website visitor during a conversation. The base platform includes up to 12,000 replies. Once you pass that included amount, each additional reply draws on the usage-based Replies dimension. Check your contract terms for exact counting rules.
What happens to my cost if chatbot activity exceeds the 12,000 included replies?
The base Drift Enterprise Platform covers up to 12,000 replies on one site. When conversations push replies beyond that amount, the extra replies bill through the usage-based Replies dimension. Only the additional replies over 12,000 draw on that dimension. Your contract terms define how these overage replies are metered.
Which dimension drives most of my bill, the base platform or the Replies add-on?
The Drift Enterprise Platform is a fixed base license and forms your predictable cost. The Replies dimension only adds cost when chatbot activity exceeds the 12,000 included replies. For sites within that included amount, the base platform is your whole cost. High-traffic sites see the Replies dimension grow with usage.

Helps me work quickly and stay consistent, but search/alerts/calendar need work
Reviewed on Oct 06, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
It was vital for completing my process, and it helps me do my job quickly while increasing production. Email management, account-based engagement, and the content library have been especially useful. The content library has more content than expected. Cadences made my outreach and follow-ups much more consistent. The AI helped me prioritize sales activities and provided useful insights, and the recommendations were usually helpful for identifying the next action.
What do you dislike about the product?
Advanced search can be difficult to navigate, and finding the right filters or information often takes too much time. Alerts can also feel overwhelming, and calendar scheduling could be more intuitive and easier to manage. On the AI side, some recommendations weren’t always accurate and still require manual review. I also don’t use some features because they aren’t essential to my current workflow, and I find the available options less relevant to my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me do my job quickly while increasing production. Cadences made my outreach and follow-ups much more consistent, even though I still had to manually track some tasks. AI helped me prioritize sales activities and provided useful insights, and conversation insights sometimes highlighted areas for improvement and helped guide coaching discussions.
