What do you like best about the product?
The tool quickly identifies gaps in discovery objections and rapport—things I would otherwise have had to sift through hours of recordings to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting the platform fully configured to match our scoring preferences took more work than I expected.

Yolk Makes Coaching Objective with Clear Scores, Trends, and Focused Roleplays
What do you like best about the product?
Yolk removes a lot of the subjectivity from coaching conversations. The call scores make it clear where reps are struggling, and the dashboards surface trends across the entire team. Because of that, coaching sessions stay focused on specific skills rather than drifting into vague feedback. The roleplays also help reinforce what was discussed, so the follow-up feels more concrete and the conversations are generally more productive. On top of that, the knowledge base and the coaching materials are very useful and easy to reference when preparing for sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scores still need more context to be truly useful. Also, some reps tend to push back early in the process, which can make things harder than they need to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It replaced opinion-based coaching with a more consistent approach. The feedback now feels fair and balanced, and rep buy-in has improved as a result. Performance discussions have also become clearer and more straightforward, which makes it easier to stay aligned on expectations.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Yolk extensively during onboarding. New hires are scored on real calls early on, which makes skill gaps obvious from the first week. The roleplays do a good job of simulating real buyer objections, and the feedback helps reps self-correct quickly. As a result, managers spend less time repeating the basics and can focus on higher-value coaching.

The onboarding scenarios require some setup. Also, a few of the metrics need clearer explanation.

It shortened ramp time, so new reps gain confidence faster. Managers no longer have to do constant shadowing, which frees up time for other work. Overall, onboarding feels more structured and consistent.

Custom scenarios need to be set up separately, as they require additional configuration.
