What do you like best about the product?
We use Yolk extensively during onboarding. New hires are scored on real calls early on, which makes skill gaps obvious from the first week. The roleplays do a good job of simulating real buyer objections, and the feedback helps reps self-correct quickly. As a result, managers spend less time repeating the basics and can focus on higher-value coaching.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding scenarios require some setup. Also, a few of the metrics need clearer explanation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It shortened ramp time, so new reps gain confidence faster. Managers no longer have to do constant shadowing, which frees up time for other work. Overall, onboarding feels more structured and consistent.
