What do you like best about the product?
We have a database of 40,000 resumes collected over three years. York AI search helped us rediscover candidates we had overlooked in the past, who are now experienced enough for our open roles. This has been the best solution for us, and we managed to save $5,000 in agency fees.
What do you dislike about the product?
The parsing engine occasionally has difficulty handling resume formats that include photos or complex tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Yolk AI to mine our internal candidate databases, which helps us reduce our reliance on job boards.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Yolk to gain insights into how our sales reps are performing on calls without having to listen to every single recording. The call analysis feature is outstanding, and I appreciate the AI roleplay simulations, which allow reps to practice real-life scenarios. The instant feedback is also very helpful. Overall, Yolk comes across as a highly practical tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Yolk has proven to be very helpful for evaluating sales competencies. It simplifies the coaching process for us, as we rely on its call analysis feature to guide our training sessions with representatives. This tool provides valuable insights into how our reps are performing. Additionally, the instant feedback feature significantly streamlines our workflow, and it is widely used by most of our team members.

At times, the call scores seem inconsistent, as similar-sounding calls can receive noticeably different scores.

What do you like best about the product?
We often hire new recruiters and it used to take weeks to train them on how to handle candidate objections. With Yolk Ai's roleplay feature, they can now practice these conversations directly with the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface does not offer much in terms of customization, but aside from that, I haven't encountered any other issues.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
The call analysis feature is what I rely on most. What do you like best about the product?
