Practical tool for improving sales team skills

What do you like best about the product?
The call analysis provides clear insights into areas where each representative can improve. The AI simulations are impressively realistic, allowing reps to practice in a low-pressure environment. Additionally, the dashboards make it easy to monitor progress and compare results across the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, certain simulations can start to feel repetitive if you use them frequently. It would be great to see more variety included.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yolk enables us to coach our reps using actual data rather than relying on guesswork. It supports new reps in getting up to speed more quickly and provides the team with an organized approach to continuous improvement.

Yolk Delivers Realistic AI Roleplays and Personalized Feedback

What do you like best about the product?
I had no idea this tool existed before, but I find it extremely useful. The AI roleplays are impressively realistic. While I have tried other tools, Yolk stands out as the best so far. The feedback feels tailored to me and is especially helpful in highlighting my tone and listening skills. Our reps like Yolk very much because now they can practise without a manager watching over them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel like the AI gets a bit repetitive if you use the same script too often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yolk has saved me hours each week that I used to spend on coaching. Rather than setting up individual 1-on-1 sessions with every rep, I can now simply monitor their progress through the performance dashboards. Thanks to this, I've noticed that the reps are improving at a faster rate.

What do you like best about the product?
Yolk enables me to coach my sales reps efficiently and at scale. The AI-powered roleplays are impressively realistic, giving reps the chance to practice handling objections and closing deals in simulations that feel true to life. I also appreciate how the analytics automatically identify skill gaps, which saves me hours of manual review and helps boost overall performance accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, transcripts for longer calls can take a bit more time to generate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has made coaching much more efficient and consistent throughout the team. I am able to quickly identify areas where someone is struggling and assign tailored simulations to each representative. The time it takes for new hires to get up to speed has decreased noticeably. Overall, it has truly transformed our approach to sales enablement.
