Exceptional Call Analysis and Instant Feedback Streamline Evaluations
What do you like best about the product?
The call analysis feature is what I rely on most. It provides a clear breakdown of skills, allowing me to easily see how effectively a representative manages objections or maintains control of the conversation. The immediate feedback from simulations is also valuable, as it lets them practice and improve without having to wait for my input. Overall, this has made my evaluations much simpler and more consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
My experience with Yolk has been positive so far, and I haven't found anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we had to listen to calls manually, which was very time-consuming and often not entirely accurate. With Yolk, we now get a much clearer understanding and can concentrate on the skills that truly matter. It also speeds up our follow-up coaching sessions because all the necessary data is readily available.
Empowers Reps with Instant Feedback and Insightful Call Analysis
What do you like best about the product?
The call analysis feature makes it simple to identify where each rep is having difficulties. I also find the instant feedback after practice sessions helpful, as it allows reps to correct their mistakes immediately instead of waiting for a scheduled coaching session. This approach helps ensure that everyone continues learning and improving throughout the week.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the scoring can seem a bit strict for new reps. We make sure to explain it to them so they don't feel discouraged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has made it much easier for us to train new representatives and monitor skill levels throughout the team. In the past, we would have to guess who needed additional support, but now we have a clear view of everyone's progress. It also saves us time on coaching and ensures that everyone continues to improve consistently.
Yolk Delivers Realistic AI Roleplays and Personalized Feedback
What do you like best about the product?
I had no idea this tool existed before, but I find it extremely useful. The AI roleplays are impressively realistic. While I have tried other tools, Yolk stands out as the best so far. The feedback feels tailored to me and is especially helpful in highlighting my tone and listening skills. Our reps like Yolk very much because now they can practise without a manager watching over them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel like the AI gets a bit repetitive if you use the same script too often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yolk has saved me hours each week that I used to spend on coaching. Rather than setting up individual 1-on-1 sessions with every rep, I can now simply monitor their progress through the performance dashboards. Thanks to this, I've noticed that the reps are improving at a faster rate.
