SIMPLE YET POWERFUL CRM
What do you like best about the product?
LeadSquared is best for its customization and its reliability. Thousands of customer data can be effectively handled with the help of LeadSqured CRM. The customer interactions are neatly captured and reported in the Lead details regularly. The manage leads option offers us the complete hold of our leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
LeadSquared freezes at some times and shows an error code window. The Mobile CRM is not compatible with daily usage suitable for urgent work. I face delays in the integration of LeadSquared with other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use LeadSquared Sales as a corporate CRM for managing my client data. It is a digital contact diary of all our clients with contact numbers and email IDs. The customer conversations with the company are recorded, and we can add notes for future reference. We can also add task to the leads for future reminders.

What do you like best about the product?
Leadsquared sales help to capture lead information in a detailed manner so that we can understand a customer profile easily before reaching them, it also has a recording capture option to listen to the pervious call recording
What do you dislike about the product?
The filters to find the right set of leads are quite hard, and learning the filter, it take more time, if they introduce more options like smart views it will be easy for the beginners

Leadsquared sales help me in managing leads easily, it also helps to filter and follow up the leads for a long time. in my opinion, it is one of the best CRM tools I used

What do you like best about the product?
Leadsquare helps me in making a new lead to the system and to use it to know the info of the person to whom we are contacting for generating sales and making pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dislike is once you click to call a lead through the software, the call connects to the mobile and it takes a little more time than the usual. For every lead info we have to open a new tab to take info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in giving a larger picture of the individual to whom we are making calls. Also it relects that how many calls and followups are already taken or the lead is fresh or already used.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the fast-growing user community and the excellent customer support it provides. Also, the product features are impressive as every requirement is easily fulfilled through its user-friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't really like the options for contacting existing or potential customers as it looked quite outdated, even the reports were quite old looking and were not efficient as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped in segregating leads of different types, giving them stages and scores and eventually helped in identifying the correct set of leads that can become potential customers.

Keeping track of leads + lead nurturing is easy with leadsquared. The amount of time it saves is really great. Perfect for sales and marketing automation too

What do you like best about the product?
Leadsquared offers an automation feature and allows businesses to capture it from multiple sources. It lets us integrate with several third-party tools making the internal process easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little complicated and requires prior training before using this CRM. But the features and customer support are excellent therefore it is worth the training.

It is helpful for a sales automation process. The sales team can focus on generating leads quickly and closing deals easily. It can also help to maintain a proper track record for sales team

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about leadsquared is the dynamic dashboard and leads management tools. Managing leads, tracking them, following up with them has never been easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
leadsquared's pricing structure is the one thing that I find a bit expensive. Cause I have used some CRMs more affordable compared to leadsquared. but leadsquared's support team is worth it.

Before using leadsquared, i was finding it extremely difficult for me to manage leads and predict sales. also, it was difficult for me to track the productivity of my team mates. now since I am using leadsquared both my marketing and my sales have gone up tremendously.

It helps you to chuck out the potent leads also the reminder for calling is a good part of it

Sometimes it lags but that can be neglected.

Chucking out the potential leads and helping the sales team or the telecallers to call them. Also the time reminder is an awesome part of it.

The best about LeadSquared Sales + Mobile CRM is that it is elementary to use for Sales Domain, and also it is effortless to assign the leads to my teammates; the most valuable one is that we can easily add multiple filters to give proper pointers to my teammates

The dislike about LeadSquared Sales + Mobile CRM- It hangs a lot, and the support team is tough to reach; apart from nothing much I dislike about Lead Squared Sales + Mobile CRM

I use Leadsquared for managing my leads and distributing the information to my teammates, To give the call audits to my team members, and it is more beneficial for Lead capture.

What do you like best about the product?
Exact tracing all leads & their different stages along their entire journey. Track of individual field staffs exact location and their activities in the field. Their are others competitors in market but leadsquad is so simple and easy to manage from any platform like ur mobile or pc.

It's required another app to track the calls and massages and also not unable to make recording of each and every calls. Need to upgrade and remove the bugs to make easily recording
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's quite helpful for me to track each and every leads which I create and manage its journey from creating to close the deal. Leadsquad helps reminds me to follow up my leads which helps to make a deal. It's awesome 👍
