Fast, helpful, reliable, PM's and workspace
What do you like best about the product?
Not having to go through all the steps to upload a small amount of data to a full-blown platform just to run a production id priceless
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little clunky to learn at first with the various steps to finally see the data in the review portion of the tool after processing. It would be helpful to see a folder option to add the new data processed into an existing project instead of just adding them directly to the Review space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to turn around a small PST quickly or loose documents received into production with very little time and effort. It's beneficial to the client and to the case teams

What do you like best about the product?
It's a user-friendly eDiscovery platform that allows users of all knowledge levels to achieve their end goals quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared with the web version, the desktop client is more challenging to learn and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits include quickly moving from raw data to production with single-click functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, end-to-end self-service, attentive customer service, and onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Page to page review is a bit clunky and slow. The last image on a page to the first image on the next page is a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document management and production. The lower cost of the program has been the biggest benefit.
User friendly processing and culling tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's quite simple to use but it has good functionality. I also like the interface visually - it's light and uncluttered, unlike e.g. Nuix interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that we cannot have certain fields in Info window, e.g. Begin Bates, Folder (ED Folder, that is).
I think that I still have not learnt about all the features available so I cannot complain much. I think that adding autoload to Relativity feature would be fantastic and will streamline the process.

Culling documents before finalizing sets to export to Relativity.
Simplified experience without the granular control.

Simplified process is easy to understand and follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes simple isn't always best and the lack of options can sometimes be a hindrance/inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The extraction of metadata and packaging in to a load file is beneficial. It has just enough features to help load into a review platform easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This product is great if you want something to quickly process your data and create load files or exports. If you prefer more control or the ability to apply custom scripts or anything else, this may not provide you with that control (unless there's an update to the application that allows for this down the road).

It is very intuitive and user-friendly. It gets the job done.

I don't like that I have to use the desktop client.

Epiq Discovery fills a large need in our ediscovery practice. We can manage our own matters quickly and efficiently.

Too many words for every item; maybe using the diagram will be more clear.

The platform was really easy to learn and use. I was able to identify key documents for my investigation very quickly.

I find the upload/download speed is slower but I was able to get my work done.

Epiq (DMX / Documatrix)
What do you like best about the product?
I have used many document review and hosting services but DMX is the best, stunningly fast, and easy collaboration to import into MS Excel, just copy-paste the data, unlike others where we need to download a data dump.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is almost nothing to dislike about DMX except the fact that it sometimes crashes due to heavy data files and sometimes the different document types are not recognized by the platform (eg .pst). Can be improved by advances in technology

Advanced Litigation services - Chronology , help in creating case notebooks etc.
Bucketing of documents for privilege, easy creation of folders, and drag and drop facilities help to save time and effort.

If you want to save time and keep your reviewers and productive - use epiq. It is fast and sleek, and document transition time is also very less.
