    Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
    Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator  to estimate your infrastructure costs.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The most helpful aspect of Epiq is the ability to quickly flag responsive documents and categorize them according to privilege. This is what I primarily use it for. I also enjoy the ability to search keywords across a data set and review the hits with ease.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The least helpful aspect of Epiq is how slow the system runs. Document review takes an extraordinarily long time simply because the pages are slow to load and the system as a whole seems to struggle to handle large requests.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Epiq helps me quickly review and code responsive documents.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Epiq Discovery combines powerful features with a clean, intuitive interface. Its cloud-based setup is fast and hassle-free, with smooth integration into existing workflows. The early case assessment tools make it easy to filter and prioritise data. On top of that, Epiq’s responsive customer support is knowledgeable and quick to resolve issues. It’s robust, easy to use, and well-supported—a standout in the eDiscovery space.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The new interface places controls on the left side of the window, whereas I personally prefer them at the top of the screen. If this layout could be adjusted, it would make the experience even better.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I used Epiq Discovery for a small matter and was able to set up the case, process the data, run searches, and provide responsive documents to the team—all within a single platform. This meant I didn’t have to import, export, and then overlay data between different tools, which saved time and reduced the risk of errors. Having everything in one place made the workflow faster, simpler, and more efficient.

    The help articles are lacking sufficient information - I would also appreciate the help articles being able to direct me to fixes for common issues.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Ease of use in reviewing large quantities of emails and its attachments - ease in conducting searches

    What do you like best about the product?
    The responsiveness of the support staff. No matter what time of day, I routinely get prompt responses to support questions.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The software is much less user-friendly than Relativity. Some of the functionality needs to be thought through and revamped to make it more intuitive to the user. Some functionality is buried within several clicks when it should be easier to find.

    Document production; review of third-party production.

    I really like the user friendly interface and the tech support.

    I wish there were training videos/modules so it would be quicker to learn new tasks and strategies.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We are a very document intensive firm. Epiq helps us keep things organized as we prepare for litigation.
