What do you like best about the product?
I use Epiq Discovery for processing and reviewing documents. It saves time and optimizes processes for me. I find it easy to use and appreciate its nice interface. I also really like the automations it has, particularly how it helps us differentiate or classify documents. Even as a first-time user, the setup was pretty self-explanatory.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say there could be more customization options.

I appreciate how it helps me collect, process, and search through data in one place instead of jumping between tools. The software makes sense of huge amounts of data quickly, allowing me to quickly filter by keywords, custodians, dates, or tags and narrow the dataset down to what's actually relevant. I love how it centralizes data and makes it searchable, reducing the manual effort of reviewing everything blindly.

I find it can feel slow or clunky when working with very large datasets and sometimes the AI suggestions and search results aren't always as precise.

The platform has been stable and consistently performs well, even when handling high data volumes. Strong data security for sensitive legal information is another major plus. It’s very intuitive, with a consistently smooth interface and an overall seamless process. Every time I use it, I can’t help but notice how easy it is to navigate, and how the comfort level stays consistently high.
What do you dislike about the product?
“Dislike” is a strong word, but if I had to point out one of its shortcomings, it would be the barrier to entry. Even though it’s intuitive, if you don’t have much knowledge of what you’re doing, that learning curve can still feel like a pretty tough hurdle to get over.

Epiq addresses problems that come up in the AI and SaaS space. With the rapid rise and growth of AI these days, having a solution like Epiq Discovery feels crucial in today’s landscape.

The search builder does not always work as expected; processing of docs take a long time; AI function needs more features

Professional Look and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and looks professional, even though we can run it internally. I also like how we can review and produce documents on our own.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find the search functions to be a bit confusing but they get easier the more I do them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We often have to review large amounts of documents, most of which are emails, and Epiq Discovery allows us to swiftly load documents and keep the review organized, regardless of how many people get into the documents.
Detailed Search Features, But Steep Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I like the number of details for users to integrate into their document searches. Additionally, once your toggles are to your liking, there is a much easier use to the system.

Sometimes it is not user friendly unless you've been trainer by someone else on how to user it,

They are definitely upgrading their security.
