Maintenance Tech at a Gym - In charge of machines &equipment, pool & hot tub, & basic facilities

What do you like best about the product?
- if you click on an asset you can view all work orders linked to it
- In the assets list, you can choose what columns you want to display
- responsivenes of customer support chat, and follow up over email later
- offer recorded q&a sessions
What do you dislike about the product?
- no notes space to jot down ideas, list main tasks for the day

- I can't stress this enough - ADDING A PHOTO FROM MY PHONE REQUIRES AT MINIMUM 7 CLICKS - way more cumbersome than I want it to be. I will avoid making and updating work orders because I don't want to hassle with the photo uploading.
- Please let there be an option where instead of clicking add photo > myphotos > pickimageapp > select photo folder > select photo > Done > No edits > photo inserted....it will default return me to the last place I uploaded a photo from unless I select otherwise. For example, a camera icon to take a new photo, a folder icon to take me to my my photos folder in one click, and no having to hit the right arrow to approve the photo for upload. Edit could be an optional button.

- I need to often switch between two filters: my repeatables which are my preventive maint. tasks, and the current work orders for machines. To select a personal filter takes 6 clicks, and then if 5 min later I need to look at the other filter I have to again click 6 times. In the app view of work orders, next to the filter icon on the top right, I'd like if there was a small down arrowhead I could click to open a dropdown list of personal filters or pinned filters or favorite filters. Or even if when I clicked the filter icon, at the top of that n ew page that opens with all the filter options, if I could pin my saved filters to the top of that list.

- Customization options for titles of work orders: - color coding, - bold/underline/italics options, for establishing heirarchy quickly when glancing at list, - icon suggestions or options for thumbnail view of asset photo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping assets organized with what repairs have been done
Keeping instructions for preventive maint. & routine tasks standard. Ie how backwash the pool sand filters step by step
Work orders searchable by term or by #, and assets as well

Parent trees need to be deeper for my use.

Maintain X is super user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. I am the maintenance manager at a CNC Job shop and this software tracks all my maintenance repairs based on the asset ID. anyone can generate a work order from their work station and it is absolutly painless
What do you dislike about the product?
the only complaint i have is the Work order screen could be improved for display purposes

What do you like best about the product?
App is intuitive and simple. Easy and quick loading of work orders, simple and powerful procedures functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacks a few advanced functions, would like to see the ability to add more layers to asset trees. The app is slow on cheap hardware.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously were struggling to prioritise and control our workflow and had poor adherance with regard to compliance . MaintainX is so easy to use that we are getting on top of our outstanding work, and conforming with all legal/quality requirements.

the fact that i could not see the end date of pm's with out opening each one on the main page. but there is a way to and got help setting it up to see the end date of pm's with hepl from quick to replay customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
a paper trail. there is no i talk to that person and they did do. "it not my falt." stuff

What do you like best about the product?
Real-time updates on reporting, asset management, parts management, and recording labor rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be better. Having to pay for the AI

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about MaintainX is not having to keep up with a piece of paper that often times gets lost. The ability to have access at any time without having to search through a stack of papers is amazing. As a result, having a digital paper trail that shows what you have done helps alleviate other issues. It is easy to setup and teach others to use. Customer support is always there to help with anything that might be needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to using MaintainX in my perspective is getting others to utilize it to the potential it can be used. This is not anything pertaining to MaintainX directly, just the workforce in general.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is solving issues with work orders not being done. In the past issues have been verbally relayed or wrote down on a piece of paper and been forgotten or lost. Being able to input information through MaintainX and create work orders has helped to better resolve issues and also be able to track what has been completed. The benefits of this has helped tremendously in lowering guest complaints.

Best CMMS for the money

What do you like best about the product?
This is a very easy app to use. We were able to pick it up and go with an hour of training. The implementation was easy as well. The only hiccup we had was a transition in account managers. The IM customer service works great. We were even able to suggest improvements to the current state. We use this every day and use all of the different features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they would allow Purchase orders to be linked to work orders. This would be a great impovement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintianX is allowing us to keep track of our PM's and breakdowns. The best feature is accounting for the cost of repairs. Something we did not do before we implemented MaintianX

What do you like best about the product?
Mx is great! It helps me connect the dots as a service manager. It allows different departments to have input and connects it all together. I especially like that the assets can be associated with the Locations and Work Orders, as well as the customizable procedures and work orders
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could customize the Time & Cost Tracking more. I would love to be able to edit the labels there better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting all the dots between purchase orders, work orders, procedures, and inventorys. Saves me a lot of time! This program is more ment for big companies but I have easily adapted it to a small company use.
