    What do you like best about the product?
    Fantastic customer support. Easy to use.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Going from one environment to the other can sometimes be confusing. You just need to be mindful about what you're doing in what environment. AI procedure making requires a bit of experience to learn how to get the most from it. I've needed to use another AI program to set up my instructions for MX AI to be most effective.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Asset organization helps me understand what is where and the status of each. Planned preventative maintenance schedules helps keep machines serviced on time. It is easier to make data driven decisions based on the uptime and issues frequency that MX captures.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like MaintainX for its ease of use and how the mobile app is extremely good. I find the ability to easily attach procedures to work orders very useful. I also appreciate how it generates KPIs and provides asset status updates. Another aspect I like about MaintainX is the capability for logging engineers' time efficiently. The initial setup was easy, which is a big plus.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I think the system would benefit from being able to customize requestor forms. Mainly more customization on the requestor form, also customize asset working hours.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    MaintainX handles reactive and preventative maintenance, creates logs and history, and automatically generates KPIs.

    What do you like best about the product?
    As a buyer supporting maintenance from the procurement perspective of the business, Maintain X is extremely easy to use for inventory and order management. It helps align procurement with maintenance teams to achieve company goals while promoting communication and clarity between two departments that are often at odds with each other.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The frustrations I experience with the program are not so much focused within the program itself; more so in that support and focus on development of the purchase orders and inventory modules is slower/not as high of a priority as the more maintenance focused modules, like work orders.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Maintain X is solving our beginning to end procurement problems with spare parts. Prior to Maintain X, it was manual tracking in spreadsheets with no history or visibility to be able to hold vendors accountable.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The interface is user-friendly, and the integration of CoPilot makes it easy to search through machine manuals when troubleshooting.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It can be hard to find manuals for older machines to attach to assets, and it may also be difficult to use for people who aren’t very computer-literate.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    This helps me capture machine downtime and schedule preventive maintenance.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The speed I can find a part and create a work order is incredible. I also love that we have the ability to send a PO directly to the vendor without changing screen or program.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I wish that the AP version was as easy to use as the PC version.

    Tracking inventory, PO's and Work Orders.
