Friendly, Smooth Interaction from A to Z
What do you like best about the product?
Friendliness and interacting from A to Z.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of yet. This has been the best Work order and PM system out of the 3.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proficiency and all-around communication with everyone in the groups.

What do you like best about the product?
This product is extremely easy to use and set up. The mobile app is fantastic; having the ability to view and manage work orders while out in the field is incredibly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Up to now, I haven't found anything I dislike about the app. My only suggestion would be to add a feature that allows technician's notes in work orders to be automatically translated into the user's chosen app language, making the process seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we are primarily using it for inventory management and work order management. This has been a significant improvement for us, as before MaintainX, we did not have any inventory system in place and all work orders were handled manually on paper.
Perfect Solution for Maintenance Needs
What do you like best about the product?
its a perfect program for maintenance.and produccion. best control for maintenance preventive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many pages to use; fewer pages and a more direct approach would be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's faster when there's a machine stoppage, and you can keep a record of each maintenance, as well as a control of the parts and spares used.
Exceptionally User-Friendly with Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. I cannot imagine the creators of MaintainX being able to make this software any more user-friendly. We have an aging maintenance crew who will use this system. Having it friendly to use will incredibly increase our chances of success of implementing this system to them.

I cannot think of a dislike currently. This is most appreciated.

MaintainX is replacing an out of date maintenance management system.
Effortless Information Management and Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
can store all our information and break things down for us. but can keep track of things going fixed and worked on

none once you get the hang of it, but some people might need it simpler

keep track of things going fixed and worked on cause we have so many things going on in we get caught up so this keeps everyone in the loops in keeps eyes on certain things we are paying for
Effortless Work Order Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Tracking Work Orders and easy to use. They also provide implementation assistance.

Downsides is that you have to pay per user

Outstanding Asset Management with Exceptional Support
What do you like best about the product?
It's an excellent way to manage assets to make sure they're well taken care of. Customer support has been aweseome.

There's always more features it could have. We've submitted ideas to their team.

Previously we were managing all of our assets on a spreadsheet. it was too much to be able to handle. MantainX will get our preventative maintenance to a better state and help us learn about the health of our equipment.

The implementation process was very straightforward, making it easy to get started. Training employees was also simple, and as a result, communication about current issues has improved.

I have not encountered any significant problems while using MaintainX.

The software helps with communication, ensures work orders can be repeated easily, and assists in evaluating both machine downtime and costs.
Effortless Implementation and Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best attributes of MaintainX is the ease of use by our technicians, we are now able to track overall utilization. MaintainX made implementation almost painless with the hands on assistance to ensure each of our sites achieved a simple transition from our old system. The work request process was greatly simplified from the old system and now permits us to more accurately track down time and respond to High priority and offline work orders. They make it easy to request customer assistance by placing a request button in the menu, support normally responds very quickly and they can either help you correct the issue or if it's a feature not yet provided they will escalate to the appropriate team.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of today the biggest shortcoming in MaintainX is the reporting tool, they have done a great job making the platform easy to use for technicians now they need to work on providing the measures Maintenance & Reliability professionals need to improve their programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having issues in our e-coat paint line but had no data to support determining where the problems were. One of the first places we began implementing was the paint line and thanks to the easy to use meters and automations we have been able to get the process under control and management is notified when readings are out of specification.

The ability to attach photos and documents directly to tasks has improved communication and accountability across departments.

ne area that could use improvement is the purchase order functionality for core tracking. Currently, you cannot enter a negative quantity to remove cores from inventory, which makes accurate tracking more difficult. Adding this feature would make the system even more powerful for businesses that manage core returns.

MaintainX has been a valuable tool for organizing work orders and improving communication across our team. The mobile accessibility and ability to attach photos and documents make it easy to keep everyone aligned and reduce downtime.
