What do you like best about the product?

MaintainX has helped us close gaps where we were losing a lot of time, and it has reduced our blind spots in areas where we previously didn’t have clear accountability.

What do you dislike about the product?

We can’t tailor permissions in our request portal, which means anyone with approval access can see—and gets notified about—every portal request, not just the ones that pertain to them.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I’m still new to it, but having real-time visibility into our work orders is a huge benefit.

I like how MaintainX tracks the work that's been performed or needs to be performed. The asset tracking seems to work quite well.

What do you dislike about the product?

Understanding how to locate specific items is challenging. It seems like there should be a help page where you could add an item, allowing you to look up a question or an item you're trying to work on.

MaintainX identifies equipment needing attention and tracks maintenance work, helping manage ground support equipment across four airports effectively.

MaintainX is user-friendly and can be customized to fit your needs.

I do not have any negatives comments about them.

With their help we have built a CMMS program globally. Our machines are being maintained.

What do you like best about the product?

I use MaintainX for my maintenance system, and I find that it solves organization and work order flow effectively. I like the dependable system and service I get. The meters and asset system are impressive; I am able to monitor asset health via meters in the field. The help from the MaintainX team made the initial setup, which involves a lot of moving parts, smooth.

Ease of use, connectivity to existing platforms, great features and AI functionality, but above all an amazing support and domain expertise from the CSM on the project

internal product pipeline is not aligned to customer needs because the solution has to be universal to all (some personalization/flexibility required); slow moving process for product developments as well and no commitments are provided to client on future releases

Work Order Management, more involvement of the technician with his work and visibility of what needs to be done; reduce inefficiencies by mitigating manual processes and consolidating data points into unified reporting experience

What do you like best about the product?

There are so many things I find great about using Maintain-X. I really like that Maintain-X is becoming the single source of truth for our company, especially since we’re such a large organization. We also love being able to digitize everything in the software, including storing our machine manuals there, so we can use the AI Copilot to help with troubleshooting. Another big benefit is that we can now share parts across all sites, which helps minimize downtime when certain parts have long lead times. The support team really makes sure that they are attentive to what our company's goals are and how dedicated they are to making the software so user friendly, and a breeze for the maintenance team. Our account Managers Sergio and Daniel have been such a HUGE support and are always there for us in times of need. Having all of our procedures at hand is a great as well. our Company is having such a success with Maintain-X now being implemented and I would highly recommend this software.

What do you dislike about the product?

There isn’t much I can say that I dislike about it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Entering procedures is a major area where Maintain-X has really helped us by defining a consistent format and making it easier to push those procedures through, so we can stay focused on what’s needed at each site. They’ve also been coming up with ideas for customizable asset fields, which is especially helpful since we have so many different types of machinery and equipment.

The mobile app, QR scanner, pictures, and files

The Purchase Orders layout and fields, I would also like to have more flexibility with custom fields and layouts in different sections

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is solving the problem of having a mobile and reliable CMMS that allows Maintenance technicians to do their work more efficiently and streamlined. Being able to have all their resources in one place like manuals, pictures, procedures, etc. that they can take with them on the go

It helps me keep my tasks organized, and I like how it can bring in real-time data when I need it.

I’m not able to use P.O.s on my phone just on desktop

It helps with communication and keeps everything organized.

Fantastic customer support. Easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?

Going from one environment to the other can sometimes be confusing. You just need to be mindful about what you're doing in what environment. AI procedure making requires a bit of experience to learn how to get the most from it. I've needed to use another AI program to set up my instructions for MX AI to be most effective.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Asset organization helps me understand what is where and the status of each. Planned preventative maintenance schedules helps keep machines serviced on time. It is easier to make data driven decisions based on the uptime and issues frequency that MX captures.

What do you like best about the product?

I like MaintainX for its ease of use and how the mobile app is extremely good. I find the ability to easily attach procedures to work orders very useful. I also appreciate how it generates KPIs and provides asset status updates. Another aspect I like about MaintainX is the capability for logging engineers' time efficiently. The initial setup was easy, which is a big plus.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think the system would benefit from being able to customize requestor forms. Mainly more customization on the requestor form, also customize asset working hours.

MaintainX handles reactive and preventative maintenance, creates logs and history, and automatically generates KPIs.
