What do you like best about the product?

The inspection forms can be created in a variety of ways - from existing templates to custom designed from scratch. Customer design is highly intuitive and flexible. I've examined other inspection tools - nothing comes close to the ease of use of MaintainX!
Customer service is fantastic and highly accessible. A friendly and highly competent support team (not bots!) is available 24/7 via chat. For conceptual or setup, best practices, an account manager is eager to assist.

What do you dislike about the product?

No downsides - for service providers, the platform had not had a true "customer" module, but that feature has been recently introduced. MaintainX are continuing to develop the platform and are very responsive to user feedback.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

MaintainX has provided us with the ability to complete a range of inspections and better document our processes and customer equipment. It has been a game changer for us!

The ai function when making templates or procedures

Users that dont put in the correct information so maintain X cant display it correct

Logging time and parts on job orders

Showing stock levels

Making graphs on meters showing the input from users

Ease of use and AI promts. Fresh displays.

Can be glitch when using mobile app and photos can take a while to upload at times.

Live KPI's and tracking technician allocation and utilization

A good way of showing kpi's and reporting. We can keep track of stock and show where we are spending on our equipment

Maintain X is extremely user friendly and the onboarding process makes the integration smooth.

I wish they had a invoicing feature so I did not have to use another platform.

It is solving our dispatch issues and it is making our work order process run seamless. Maintain X is improving our performance and it is saving us time.

The customizability and support have been key on the administrative end. Consistency and ease for users has been big for us as well.

I wish there was a way to opt-out of AI features or make them secondary options.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

MaintainX has helped to organize and refine our scheduled maintenance program to capture data and stay in compliance with industry standards. Before MX we struggled to keep track of all of the maintenance needed and happening. We have also been building an inventory management system for multiple locations and equipment, something we never had before.

MaintainX has helped us close gaps where we were losing a lot of time, and it has reduced our blind spots in areas where we previously didn’t have clear accountability.

What do you dislike about the product?

We can’t tailor permissions in our request portal, which means anyone with approval access can see—and gets notified about—every portal request, not just the ones that pertain to them.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I’m still new to it, but having real-time visibility into our work orders is a huge benefit.

I like how MaintainX tracks the work that's been performed or needs to be performed. The asset tracking seems to work quite well.

What do you dislike about the product?

Understanding how to locate specific items is challenging. It seems like there should be a help page where you could add an item, allowing you to look up a question or an item you're trying to work on.

MaintainX identifies equipment needing attention and tracks maintenance work, helping manage ground support equipment across four airports effectively.

MaintainX is user-friendly and can be customized to fit your needs.

I do not have any negatives comments about them.

With their help we have built a CMMS program globally. Our machines are being maintained.
