    What do you like best about the product?
    the visibility across the platform makes it easy to find reoccurring trends, good or bad through the production floor and spare parts stock
    What do you dislike about the product?
    the mobile application is not as robust as the desktop application
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    parts reordering is a 1000 times easier now than with our previous system and fully visible as to what has already been put on order

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like that MaintainX is very easy and user-friendly. It's easy for anybody to use, taking hardly any time to learn. The QR codes feature is very useful for charging parts during repairs, making the process easier. The transition to MaintainX was very easy, and the team picked it up pretty quickly.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I would like a better implementation between Samsara for DVIR tracking. It would be nice if it can communicate correctly on tracking miles, hours, and DVIRs.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    MaintainX helps us keep track of repairs and necessary inspections on our tractors and trailers.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The platform is very user friendly and also being able to schedule maintenance task and generate custom reports

    Not being able to remove a field from the work order template. Everything else are great tools to manage my maintenance department

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like how MaintainX helps organize our maintenance operations and software. The customer support is also really helpful, especially when making necessary changes for our organization. It helps us keep track of our assets and the data of how they're running. Setting it up was pretty easy with the help of customer service.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Basically, maybe the interaction with our Slack software.

    MaintainX streamlines our maintenance process, organizes our maintenance software, and aids in managing our maintenance operations.

    What do you like best about the product?
    This system can do it all. I haven’t found anything it can’t do. The best part of MX is the support you get from the entire team.

    Still looking! Haven’t found anything at this point

    I was having trouble pulling a report simply because of my lack of know how. The MX team quickly answered my question via the chat and I was able to pull the report I needed.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I love MaintainX for its ease of use and its compatibility with our existing systems. It's really handy to integrate it with our SAP system for tracking financial data and with our ignition systems for monitoring equipment on the floor. The setup process was very easy, especially with the support engineers helping get things moving efficiently.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Nothing as of yet.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use MaintainX to organize my workload among my mechanics and skilled labor. It also optimizes work priorities, making scheduling more efficient.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like the customizations for workflows and workflows. I like the integration to other applications such as SAP and other open applications. We have used MaintainX for over 4 years and I have not researched comparable application pricing. It is not an inexpensive tool. The onboarding and continued support is Amazing. Jamie Thompson is always thinking of creative solutions to help us achieve our goals.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    with so much customization and building we are able to do, I would like to see more customization of the request portal.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    MaintainX provides our teams a way to track equipment and assets in our company helping us to better manage equipment.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I use MaintainX for work order and workflow management because it allows me to track and organize work effectively. I find that it is user-friendly and I like the custom dashboard and report builder functions since they are intuitive and work well. The initial setup was easy, and the training provided is great and more than suitable to get one going in the software.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    MaintainX works well, so I have no complaints. For improvements, I do have a request for the ability to add work order query reports side-by-side in the custom dashboard. That is currently not possible. This would be a valuable improvement, as I have seen this ability with a competitor, however, it is a minor point.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    MaintainX allows me to track and organize work easily. It's user-friendly with intuitive custom dashboards and report building, making workflow management more efficient.

    What do you like best about the product?
    MaintainX has been very easy to work with. I appreciate the ease of use, the reporting options, and the ability to have multiple departments using the same software. It’s also helpful that we can filter out work orders for other departments, and the asset management and inventory management features have worked well for us.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    So far, I haven’t found anything I dislike about MaintainX.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We can now use a single system to manage both reactive work orders and recurring work orders. Also, we are now able to integrate our inventory and associate inventory with work orders.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I use MaintainX for all my scheduling and tracking needs. It really helps in keeping better track of maintenance. I like how easy it is to use and set up. The asset lists and PM scheduling reminders are especially helpful, keeping me on track and maintaining records for service. The initial setup was very easy.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I would like more AI. I want to upgrade so AI keeps track of issues and how we fixed it.
