Uploading large files with the browser version of the software takes awhile.

Efficiency and Control in One Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that MaintainX Allows us to keep all our equipment and maintenance records in one place. It is very helpful for tracking failures, analyzing root causes, scheduling preventive maintenance, and preparing for internal audits. The platform makes it easy to assign tasks, follow progress, and generate reports that help us improve efficiency and compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the reporting and analytics could be more customizable to fit specific company needs. Also, when managing a large amount of equipment data, the navigation could be smoother. however, these are minor compared to the overall benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX helps us centralize all our maintenance activities and equipment history in one platform. Before, it was difficult to keep track of failures, corrective actions, and preventive schedules, but now we can easily record issues, analyze root causes, and assign work orders. This has reduced downtime, improved accountability, and made internal audits much smoother since all documentation is organized and accessible. It also gives us better visibility into asset performance and helps us plan maintenance more effective
Easy, Fast, and Accurate!
What do you like best about the product?
Every morning when I turn on my shop PC, I load up my Maintain X to help figure out the daily plan. Never disappointed with what I see! All my daily work PMs and action item lists are there and ready to go! Takes all the "hard" stuff out of the daily job! All work orders and PMs are right at my finger tips, ready, and laid out easily for myself and the team to continue the day without a hitch! Love this program! Will recommend and continue to use this product for a long time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found an issue with it yet. If I do, I will definitely let you know.

MX makes communication with the department very easy. Checking for parts, making work orders, pms, manuals, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still getting used to the app and the flow of it. But I don't see any real negatives to it atm.

Checking for parts. Asset manuals and assistance. Communication with coworkers. Executing and filing work orders and pms.
so far so good, been a short time and will know more as time goes on. the concept looks pretty good!

You have the ability to create your own work orders and include all the necessary documentation for the tasks that need to be completed.

I haven't used it long enough yet to form a genuine opinion. However, after I've spent more time with it, I should be able to share some suggestions for improvements.

As I mentioned earlier, I haven't used it for very long yet, but so far it appears that everything you need is easily accessible.
Excellent Service Dispatching Platform
What do you like best about the product?
This platform is extremely user-friendly and simple to navigate. I would certainly recommend Maintainx for anyone looking for an effective solution for field service dispatching.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any issues with the platform itself, but I do find it challenging to reach a live person by phone when I have questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The asset reporting feature is useful and provides the information I need. It helps me keep track of my assets efficiently.

how easy it is to make purchase orders and edit them. theres a large number of features. we use it every day. it was super easy to integrate from imaint.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the assignment of permissions. Its kind of convoluted explaining who can and can't do things.

What do you like best about the product?
Over the past five years working in administration, I have tried a variety of CRM and job management systems. When I started using MaintainX, I was pleasantly surprised by how intuitive and user-friendly it was, even without any formal training. The platform offers a wide range of features with a premium subscription, and I am looking forward to exploring these options further as I transition into my role as a contract manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard's features and views could use some improvement, as they can be somewhat confusing initially. However, it is possible to adjust and modify settings using filters and other options, which might help address these issues. This is something our organisation may need to explore further to better suit our specific needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are interested in exploring the asset management features of MaintainX as part of our latest contract. We hope this will allow us to address the gap we have identified.
