    Excellent Visibility Across Properties for Stronger Accountability and Performance Insights

    What do you like best about the product?
    The visibility it provides. It allows us to see work happening across all properties in one place, which helps with accountability, reporting, and identifying trends before they become larger issues. The data gives us a much clearer picture of how our assets, and employees are performing.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There are a few limitations around reporting customization and workflows that I'd like to see improved. Sometimes getting exactly the report or dashboard view you want requires extra work or manual analysis.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    MaintainX has helped solve a lot of the visibility and consistency issues we were dealing with. Everyone is now working from the same system for work orders, PMs, and inspections, which makes it much easier to see what's happening across all properties. For me, it's given me a clearer picture of where things stand, helped catch issues sooner, and made it easier to track progress and make decisions based on actual information rather than chasing updates or piecing things together from different sources.

    What do you like best about the product?
    This mobile app is amazing for using on the go, with everything you need right at your fingertips.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Honestly, I have zero dislikes about the system.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    MaintainX was built out specifically for our needs based off an old system we had. There were some kinks along the way, but they have always been very timing efficient in fixing any issues.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like that MaintainX has given us better control over our preventive maintenance program. It's also provided better insight into the equipment through its internal reporting.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The onboarding with MaintainX was a little rocky. The initial setup was difficult.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Easy to use. Great Database that is very accessible and readable. Makes work easier. Love using the Reporting feature. We have great support from Ira and her team along the way.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Getting others to use all of the features. Making them aware at how important good information is to our organization
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Before, only one person had to be responsible for running reports and obtaining information for supervisors. Ira and the MaintainX team has met with our whole team and taught us how to run reports and obtain information easily so everyone on the team can access this information on their own, at any time.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I love how it gives you a firm foundation on how to handle work orders, but also allows for you to customize each field, report, and chart to best fit company needs.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I haven't found anything that would make me dislike it yet. Every issue i have had has been addressed or it had to do with me needing more raining.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Capturing work orders for my assets, and making sure we get visiblity to our throughput and capacity

    What do you like best about the product?
    This software is amazing. Everything is stored in one place and fully integrated, which makes it simple to find what I need without jumping between tools. I like that the AI help is available whenever I want it, and the customized reports are a big plus. The UI is easy to navigate, and overall the software feels very intuitive. Since it’s cloud-based, the speed and performance have been very good for me. The onboarding process was also easy and thorough, which made getting started straightforward. Overall, everything feels well worth the price, and I truly believe this software will end up saving you money in the future.

    There is seriously nothing that I dislike.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It solves all of my organization problems. Work, assets, parts inventory.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I really appreciate how hands-on our customer service team is. They’re very knowledgeable about the platform, and they consistently take the time to look for solutions whenever something comes up.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I know we’ve had trouble getting the reports we need—for example, pulling the serial numbers for our monthly report.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Right now, we’re working on flagging duplicate asset tags when a tech enters an asset tag that has already been completed earlier in the same month. This helps the team identify when we’re working on the same asset more than once in a month and understand why it’s happening. It also helps with the reporting side of things.

    The only issues we have had are some small quirks with the mobile app but they were resolved quickly

    we now have all of our work orders and parts inventory in the same system. This is a huge benefit
