Maintain X has improved our maintenance request system nationwide
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has provided our technicans added flexibily and effieciency by reducing paperwork and unneccesary PC requirements, with use of App based platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Somewhat difficult as people are able to download the Maintain X app before being invited to an organization. this creates problem for the administrators
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is solving our ability to report live conditons from techicans to requesters. This is really been an improvement for comunications.
MaintainX is a game changer indeed.
What do you like best about the product?
This CMMS is a game changer for us, as it allows us to create our entire database on the fly while I am actually performing maintenance.
This hasn't been possible with the previously used software.
The interface is very intuitive as well and things are pretty much where you would expect them as a mobile phone user. Also, the ability to attach lots of pictures and have chats within a work order is absolutely brilliant.
The in app support chat function is very helpful, especially because it actual works.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't found anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX takes care of our increasing requirement to fulfil the burden of proof that maintenance is and has been performed.
It helps our company to keep our machine fleet organized, maintained and repaired.
We used to use a different CMMS and stopped using it after only two years as it ended up creating more work for us than helping us to become more organized and efficient.
MaintainX helps us exactly with this, be more organized and efficient, which in turn reduces stress and allows us to keep control over our processes more easily.

The experience was easy, and a very smooth transition.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the organization that Maintain X provides with documenting work orders. The preventative maintenance and time/cost tracking features are very useful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I would change about Maintain X would be being able to adjust the specific permisions of each full user in the system. Other than that I think the software is amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintain X is solving our time tracking issue. It is benefiting our organization because it allows us to keep a record of how much time we spend on specific projects.
Amazing experience every time immediately help and immediately turn round fix with any promblems.
What do you like best about the product?
It has made everything we do at a Carwash easier. Processing claims doing work orders it has made it the point where communication amongst everyone is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing it's a great app honestly this is the only app we don't ever have issues with.

Work orders on a daily weekly and monthly basis start up assessment training.
Intuitive CMMS Software
What do you like best about the product?
The software is incredibly intuitive and has been embraced by our department. One of the most useful features is the ability to use a smartphone and a computer with equal ease to build the system and use it. We are a month into the process and I can't believe how far we've come. Customer service is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've run into so far is that I'll occasionally lose part information I've put in if I forget to hit the "Create" button. Really, I just need to learn to "Create" a part first even if it's not fully filled out. I tend to look at other part details as I'm entering information and occasionally I'll lose a couple minutes of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire department was highly disorganized. The last two systems we've had were just difficult to use, so we never did more than the bare minimum with the system, and only a couple of people even knew how to use it. Now everybody is involved with the system with very little prompting. We aren't there yet - we're trying to overcome the transition from smaller to large company, but we're getting better every day.
Makes troubleshooting and communication with maintenance simple.
What do you like best about the product?
Communtication aspect. Knowing that each member of each team has recieved relevant information on projects is awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to be able to see a confirmation in app when a ticket or order has been viewed, and by which person.

Maintenance Tickets and Orders and Invoicing.

only that my requesters can not fill out checks on there equipment.

we now have continuity through out all areas and accountabilty for all work that is being done. (or not done)
Very effective in tracking maintenance tickets!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the feauture to add comments and updates on a ticket once it is placed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to receive notifications via email or banners on my phone when a new comment or message comes across to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run a car wash and whenever we ahve equipment break or non functional we can place a ticket to track repairs and it helps very much.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the app. All data entered is in concise format and easy to read/ understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Functionality is not available across all platforms. would like to see more tabs (purchase orders) within mobile app.
