great support and a big time saver.

I like how easy it is to use and customer support is great.

As of right now I have no dislikes. The coast is a little on the high side.

Great Experience Using MaintainX
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about MaintainX is the simple and clean presentation of their app and web portal. It is also very customizable. If there are features that you don't need, they can be shut off. The result is you don't have to weed through a bunch of features you don't ever use. Everything you use is at your fingertips. It's a fantastic product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would like to see is for MaintainX to add the ability to specify multiple locations to a single work order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX has helped us to organize, coordinate and simplify preventive maintenance and day-to-day work order requests.

MaintainX so far has been great to work with finding solutions for our problems

So far the only downfall is taking a little more time to upload all of our documents and convert them over.

Ability to communicate amongst staff and the ability to have documentation to be able to review about past work orders

I haven't came into any type of issues that i dislike yet.

Control over repair requests, documenting history, and clear communication.
Easy to use, excellent customer service
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is easy to use and customizable to your needs. They have excellent customer service, so if you need assistance you can receive it quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downsides to MaintainX yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX provides an easy way to store our equipment inventory, standard operating procedures, and equipment maintenance history all in one area. Previously, we were using a series of spreadsheets, which were tedious and inefficient.
Great onbaoarding and customer relations
What do you like best about the product?
Loved working with Serah who helped me keep on track with implementing the program. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. The support team gets back to you quickly and resolves concerns.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be time consuming with the Upkeep of the database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easier to identify the assets that we spend a lot of time and money maintaining.

It is intuitive, comprehensive and Support is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were not able to import directly from our previous system, but that is not MaintainX's fault.

WO tracking, asset management, PM's.

I love the dashboard section where you can see an overview of everything.

I haven't found anything yet that I do not like.

It helps us stay on top of all of our work orders for the company we vendor for to do maintenance on their facilities.
