Simply The Best CMMS System

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX's user friendly platform takes what used to be a niche, difficult field to develop, train, & implement and simplifies it in a way that can be put into action immediately. Their customer support and account management has been some of the best I've encountered in the field, answering most questions within the same day with quick, helpful walk-thru solutions. My technician team utilizes it not only as a CMMS, but for its quick access to parts, equipment, and their supporting documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real issue I have encountered with MaintainX is when connectivity is dropped when utilizing our phones or tablets, it is hit or miss whether the data will update correctly in the respective work order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX solves a multitude of problems. From automatic PM scheduling, procedure development, equipment documentation, parts management, it nearly does it all with minimal maintenance needed once it is properly setup. For a traditional Maintenance Manager, there would be no excuse for lack success if they implemented MaintainX within their department. After the foundation is set, it does almost everything for you. And the price is well within reason for a streamlined, reliable product that delivers results, and does it better than any other platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Its very clean and straight forward, but with lots of functionality and reporting. The team behind it are all absolutely tremendous and cant thank them enough
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little. i have recommended it to colleagues in other companies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting all of my maintenance team across the UK working on one platform to report all reactive works in a safe and efficient way that is fully visible to everyone

User-Friendly and Easy to Navigate

What do you like best about the product?
It’s user-friendly and not hard to navigate. I also like being able to have a requester station.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t found any issues yet, and hopefully I won’t.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having employees able to access MaintainX helps the workflow move smoothly through requester tickets. It also makes it easier for the maintenance team to track asset health, as well as keep up with parts and cost tracking.

Endless Customization That Feels Built for Our Business

What do you like best about the product?
I love the endless possibilities of customizing the platform to fit your company needs. I feel that this program was made just for our business!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that we were able to integrate our Vorne board system into MaintainX without the Enterprise package. This would be very helpful as we use this on almost every asset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX has taken several of my issues that I have had in the past and fixed almost immediately. My biggest problem solved was in the reporting, the "overdue" work orders still showing in the "overdue" report even if complete.

User friendly, easy way to track maintenance and down time
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really of note. Few hiccups here and there that are typically addressed immediately by the MaintainX team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
True maintenance tracking of PM's and even more specifically reactive maintenance. Visibility on metrics that can be shared with not only our team, but also customers

Great for Organizing Work Orders, but Calendar Overlaps Need Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I like how well we can view and organize work orders
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar doesn't show the work orders in a way that you can view overlapping assignments. it would be good to be able to see the duration of a work order as a bar covering multiple days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we can connect our work orders, time tracking and reports all in one place on one device. That makes us more efficient

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has become our best friend out in the field. It helps us stay on top of everything and keeps us organized, especially when we’re planning for future events.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don’t like is that I can’t use it when cell phone service is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX helps keep me connected to every site I visit. It remembers the details for me and keeps that knowledge accessible, so when someone else goes to the site later, they can quickly see where the problems are.
