MaintainX is Great
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is easy to use and understand. It is not complicated like other programs.
A great part about it to is the help and customer service you receive from MaintainX.
If you email them, you receive email back within minutes. They will answer any questions or
concerns you mave have. I also love the message app. You can message them right from
MaintainX. If your company wants to track something specific for KPI, MaintainX will work
with your company to make it custom to what your company wants.

What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything I dislike about MaintainX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us track our preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance. It is helping us keep track of our downtime and what assest are we having the most trouble with and costing us money.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease for our staff to be able to quickly report issues around campus, communication through the app inside of the requested work order, the ability to add pictures and resolutions over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not had any issues using MaintainX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting, logging, tracking, communicating about issues around our school campus. This could be from water leaks to internet connectivity issues.

THE EASIEST TO USE, IMPLIMENT AND INTEGRATE. THE MOST FEATURES AND BEST CUSTOEMR SUPPORT TO HELP LEARN HOW TO IMPLIMENT ALL ASPECTS AND USE FREQUENTLY

IT IS SOLVING THE LACK OF PMS, POS AND TRACKING OF THE AFOREMENTIONED
Maintain X has helped gratly
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease to be able to track everything the maintenance team is currently doing or have done. I can search each item by asset or technician completing the work needed. This is extremely easy to use. I also like the ability to keep up with our part inventory
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been unable to find any issues with maintain X at the moment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes tracking and keeping up with everything done and what needs to be done. The list we have can be long at times, and its possible to forget about things at times.
Hands down the best app I've seen so far
What do you like best about the product?
I like every aspect of this app it has helped with almost every aspect of my job from parts inventory to helping new employees with how to preform a job
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could set alerts that would go off when a task is overdue or set reminders a day in advance for up coming jobs

Knowing what parts we have in stock keeping a live up to date report of the work being preformed and having a log of what work has been done asset management

Best options are procedure flow and work order assignment.

Wish there was a better way to make it company logo facing for end users

The simplicity and efficency of the system.

I have no dislikes with Maintain X. It has all of the information you need at your finger tips all all times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintain X make tracking PM's and following technicians productivity simple.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling abilities for preventative maintenance and inspections are very handy and easy to use. I also like the e-mail notifications for past due work orders or low parts inventories.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found anything we dislike about MaintainX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps track downtime and PM activities. We also use it for scheduling safty and quality inspections.
The software has been game changing on tracking our assets and creating systems.
What do you like best about the product?
It is great at us keeping track of assets, vendors according to those assets and history on repairs. It is really easy to use and intuative for first time users.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish that the software allowed us to communicate with employee that submitted request through portals. Employee do not want to sign up to be users just for submitting requests as it is another username and password to keep up with.

Being able to create system on when to do repairs and what assets need to be replaced based on past repairs and downtime.

User ease of access as it is very use to use by both administrators and technicians.

Ability to customize request portal to allow location and other details.
