  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like its ability to unify data across multiple systems in real time without heavy data movement. The seamless integration with workflows, strong data governance, and scalability make it easy to build efficient, data-driven processes. What stands out is the ease of integrating with multiple systems through pre-built connectors and APIs, which reduces development effort. On the data governance side, centralized control, data consistency, and built-in security ensure reliable and compliant data usage across workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it’s powerful, the initial setup and configuration can be complex and time-consuming. Some integrations require additional customization, and monitoring/troubleshooting data flows could be more intuitive. Improving documentation and providing clearer visibility into data pipelines would make it even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric to integrate and unify data from multiple systems, reducing data silos and manual handling. It improves operational efficiency with seamless workflow automation and real-time insights, enabling faster decision-making.

Revolutionized Data Management, Needs Better Onboarding

  • March 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric creates a 'single pane of glass' by pulling data from different sources like AWS, Azure, and Salesforce without moving or duplicating it. It's a game-changer for me because it eliminates the hassle of managing ETL pipelines. Instead of duplicating massive datasets, I can query the data in place from platforms like Snowflake or Databricks. I also find the initial setup to be easy and hassle-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
A more intuitive 'guided setup' or template-based wizard for common enterprise data models would help bridge the gap for functional consultants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric eliminates the need for ETL pipelines and lengthy waits for developers to fetch data. It creates a 'single pane of glass,' allowing me to query data across platforms like AWS or Azure, streamlining data processes.

ServiceNow Data Fabric Unifies Real-Time Data for Smarter Workflows

  • March 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Servicenow data fabric is how it brings data together from different systems into one unified realtime layer without heavy duplication. It makes workflows smarter because decisions can be based on accurate, up to date information across the business instead of constantly integrating and syncing data between tools. You can access what you need in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s complex to set up and to fully understand especially for teams that aren’t already experienced with Servicenow architecture. Getting the data model, integrations and governance right takes time and careful planning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SN Workflow data fabric is solving the problem of fragmented, siloed data across different systems. In our company so much information lives in separate tools. Which makes it hard to build workflows that rely on a complete real time view of what’s happening.

Streamlined Data Management, Slight Setup Learning Curve

  • March 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric helps me pull learning-related data from different systems in real-time, eliminating the need for manual data combination. It speeds up training administration and automates routine tasks. The real-time data access from various systems reduces delays and prevents data inconsistencies, making daily learning administration smoother and more automated. I appreciate the effective automation and AI features thanks to the clean, connected data provided. I really like how it connects to many external systems, keeping the data consistent and reliable, allowing me to focus more on supporting learning needs instead of fixing data issues. Additionally, the integration with internal tools like SuccessFactors helps keep HR and learning data in sync. Once the setup is complete, it greatly helps streamline learning workflows and keeps data in sync across systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the setup feels a bit complex, and getting everything configured correctly can take time. It would help if setup steps were more guided, since some configurations feel harder than they should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric helps me access and consolidate learning data from multiple systems in real time, streamlining training administration and automating tasks, reducing delays, and preventing data inconsistencies.

Unifies Data Seamlessly but Complexity Persists

  • March 18, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric seamlessly connects data from multiple systems into a single, unified view. It makes building real-time, data-driven workflows much easier and reduces dependency on manual data handling. Overall, it improves efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across processes. It helps me to see all required data in one place instead of checking multiple systems, so it saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts still feel complex, especially while setting up integrations and handling large data. Troubleshooting is not always straightforward, need more better visibility on data flow. Also documentation and UI can be improved to make it more user friendly. For large data, performance can slow down sometimes, so better optimization or bulk data handling support would really help. More options for data filtering, batching, and monitoring would make it easier to manage heavy loads. For troubleshooting, it would be helpful to have clearer logs and end-to-end visibility of data flow between systems. Better error messages and debugging tools would save time and make issue resolution faster. Initial setup was not very easy, it took some time to understand data connections and configurations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric to integrate and unify data across systems, solving data silos and reducing manual work. It provides seamless data connection, improving workflow execution with real-time data, better visibility, and compliance, saving me time by showing all data in one place.

Powerful Workflow Management and Clean UI, but Pricing Feels High

  • March 18, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
This platform has strong workflow management capabilities for pulling data from multiple sources. It offers a large number of options and a wide variety of choices, which makes it very appealing to use. The documentation is solid, and the interface is clean and attractive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of the tool is expensive. Access to open-source resources and opportunities to build and advance skills as an individual is difficult. As an individual developer, I’m not able to get started with strong enough capabilities or clear guidance to really explore what the tool can do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m using it in my organization to explore its potential as an orchestration tool, specifically how it can improve the workload experience on our data platform and how it compares to other competing products.
