Impressed with Glider AI's Versatility
What do you like best about the product?
I find Glider AI do useful for our recruitment efforts, due to its versatility and convenience. The interface makes it easy to deploy customized tests, which helps us quickly assess a candidate's competency level for specific skill sets. setup is hassle-free. Impressed by the quality and relevance of the content that Glider AI provides. Glider AI stands out due to its reliability and accuracy throughout each stage of recruiting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Glider, as it has revolutionized the recruitment process for us and enabled us to identify qualified candidates we are able to hire.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Glider AI for recruiting candidates for multiple job openings. It's a reliable way to gauge candidate skill and accuracy in a short span of time. Glider AI makes interviewing highly efficient and effortless.
It is very helpful in tech screening specially in frameworks and niche skills

Auto Populated Questions for each skill is actually very helpful
We are able to resend the test again to candidates who are still interested

What do you dislike about the product?
We need to have two email address to resend the test which is troublesome for candidates who only use one email address so sometimes they have to make new email accounts to retake test.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shortlisting candidates by allowing us to use the Talent Assessment Feature, it benefits us as recruiters because we are able to judge the candidate on much better parameters.

The way we got quick responses and we found exact what if need. Also, i think we need to explore more on daily basis to understand properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, i dont think there is anything i am not liking. Because i am beginner and trying to explore more and more. But As of now, i am pretty satisfy with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are lots of situiation when you need someone who can help and i feel for creating search string getting help on interview scheduling and preparing candidates is really helpful.

Applicant tracking system feature is missing, Real time screening is not possible.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing really to dislike about Gilder except that the UI can be a little more intuitive and user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to Tech check a candidate with robust AI Proctoring capabilities and its integration with our ATS i.e. Job Diva. The reports can be directly shared with the Hiring Manager and the Hiring Manager can review and rate the candidates in Glider itself.

It made my company's entire hiring/recruitment process smooth and seamless. we were able to take hiring decisions very quick.

I thought the ui could be a little better. that's it. apart from that, i loved everything

Hiring took a lot of time, finding the right talent was extremely tough. glider has made it easier than ever.
Glider is that thing that we used for user ID identification purpose also its help us to know that.

It is easy to use it helps us to recognize that person, and the user has to complete it in one go. We have to follow some instructions as mentioned in starting.

Sometimes we see that candidates hesitate to take glider tests just because they have to show their identity in front of the camera and also have to allow some permission.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us recognize whether or not the person taking the glider is genuine. Also, we can see their identity card as well we can have some data of the candidate.
