This listing uses a single pricing dimension billed by units of Glider Skill Assessments under a contract. You purchase a quantity of assessment units, and pricing scales with the number of units you commit to. There are no separate tiers or instance sizes to choose from. Each unit covers a skill assessment used to evaluate candidates across technical, role-based, cognitive, behavioral, and personality dimensions. To adjust your spend, you change the number of units in your contract.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one Glider Skill Assessment unit for billing?
One unit covers a single skill assessment used to evaluate a candidate. Assessments span technical skill tests, role-based job tests, cognitive tests, behavioral assessments, and personality tests. Each assessment you assign to evaluate a candidate draws from your purchased unit quantity.
What happens to cost if I need more assessments than I committed to?
Pricing scales with the number of units in your contract. To assess more candidates, you increase the unit quantity you commit to. There are no separate tiers or instance sizes. You adjust spend by changing the number of units purchased.
Does the unit price change based on which assessment type I use?
No. One pricing dimension covers all assessment types. Whether you run a technical skill test, a role-based job test, a cognitive test, or a behavioral assessment, each draws from the same pool of purchased units at the same rate.

The Australian National Facility for Ocean Gliders (ANFOG), with IMOS/NCRIS funding, deploys a fleet of eight gliders around Australia. The data represented by this record, are presented in delayed mode. The underwater ocean glider represents a technological revolution for oceanography. Autonomous ocean gliders can be built relatively cheaply, are controlled remotely and are reusable allowing them to make repeated subsurface ocean observations at a fraction of the cost of conventional methods. The data retrieved from the glider fleet will contribute to the study of the major boundary current systems surrounding Australia and their links to coastal ecosystems. The ANFOG glider fleet consists of two types; Slocum gliders and Seagliders. Slocum gliders (named for Joshua Slocum, the first solo global circumnavigator), manufactured by Webb Research Corp are optimised for shallow coastal waters (<200m) where high manoeuvrability is needed. ANFOG will have three Slocum gliders for deploy[...]

Glider AI is most helpful & useful AI which helps in validation of enables real-world skill validation through hands-on assessments, it also ensures strong anti-cheating and proctoring & delivers a good candidate experience which is very beneficial for the hiring team as it saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
While using it very first time didn't find any dislikes even after using it multiple times didn't find any dislikes in Glider AI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Glider AI is very beneficial for recruiting teams often invest significant time in manual resume triage and early-stage screening, creating operational bottlenecks that slow hiring velocity and divert focus from strategic talent engagement. CV-led shortlisting and subjective interview judgments introduce inconsistency into decision-making, where outcomes can be influenced by individual interpretation rather than objective, skills-based evidence.

What do you like best about the product?
An easy tool to manage a question bank and get candidates hired. Not much of a hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, they haven't improved anything in the last 4 years :) As an Admin, I would love to do minimal stuff to get things moving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to conduct tests manually with pen and paper, and sometimes assigned computers for programming tests. Now, I don't have to worry about most of these things. While I haven't used it, their AI-based protected mode test and ability to show that someone scammed while attending test are great features.
