What do you like best about the product?

Glider AI is most helpful & useful AI which helps in validation of enables real-world skill validation through hands-on assessments, it also ensures strong anti-cheating and proctoring & delivers a good candidate experience which is very beneficial for the hiring team as it saves a lot of time.

What do you dislike about the product?

While using it very first time didn't find any dislikes even after using it multiple times didn't find any dislikes in Glider AI

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Glider AI is very beneficial for recruiting teams often invest significant time in manual resume triage and early-stage screening, creating operational bottlenecks that slow hiring velocity and divert focus from strategic talent engagement. CV-led shortlisting and subjective interview judgments introduce inconsistency into decision-making, where outcomes can be influenced by individual interpretation rather than objective, skills-based evidence.

What do you like best about the product?

An easy tool to manage a question bank and get candidates hired. Not much of a hassle.

What do you dislike about the product?

Well, they haven't improved anything in the last 4 years :) As an Admin, I would love to do minimal stuff to get things moving.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to conduct tests manually with pen and paper, and sometimes assigned computers for programming tests.
Now, I don't have to worry about most of these things.
While I haven't used it, their AI-based protected mode test and ability to show that someone scammed while attending test are great features.

Easy to setup and use save a lot of time.

Nothing specific. Will share in future if anything comes up.

It is helpful for analytics and reporting, as it allows us to track the performance of each individual using the tool.

Whenever a bulk hiring project comes in, this tool is extremely helpful for covering those roles. It significantly speeds up the screening and submission process, saving a lot of time and ensuring the right results are achieved.

Sometimes candidates opt out or refrain from taking the tests
