Excellent Platform for Deepening Technical Understanding and Interacting with the Corporate World
What do you like best about the product?
Glider increases compliance, scalability, and recruiting effectiveness. Along with the extensive results (which include the video and the cheat detection) that provide a true understanding of the candidate's performance, I also appreciate how the tests may be customised. This platform is quickly differentiating itself from rivals thanks to screening, and I heartily endorse it.

There is no denying that Glider AI has completely transformed our hiring process, making it more accurate and effective than ever before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is no longer any doubt regarding the qualifications of candidates thanks to Glider AI, which has helped us avoid making expensive and time-consuming hiring errors.

Doesn't work on some systems. Doesn't work with firewalls.

It is making it easy to screen candidates on various aspects of technologies and to avoid fake candidates.

What do you like best about the product?
It's the ability to help recruiters find the best resources through Q&As. It provides accurate results from the assessments. I like the feature of monitoring candidates during assessments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have personally faced issues with accessing the assessment links. Also, a few candidates complain of not receiving the link on particular domain IDs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It prevents issues with fake resources available and ensures authenticity. It has increased the efficiency and quality of candidates.
Glider is a best platform for initial screening for any skills or technology
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is a modification for any assessment as per skills. Also, a tracking system for candidates is awesome to refine the best talent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything seems to be good but there is always a scope for improvement. Best of Luck!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The glider has solved the problem of fake candidates and increased efficiency.
Glider helped me most for Technical roles and for bulk hiring.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can increase my reach via email and WhatsApp/text. That allow candidate to reply however they like. It also helps in identifying the candidate's interest level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not particularly a dislike, but if a candidate cannot complete the assessment due to any technical issue, we cannot share the same assessment on the same id again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes my reach easy for bulk roles as I can reach out to candidates on email, text and on Whatsapp by just one single click. It also helps in identifying best skilled candidate for a job as I can create a technical assessment and can mention questions which I feel is best as per the job.

Glider quickly evaluates potential candidates with a helpful support team. It has a great ranking system for candidates and categorically evaluates them. It also has a great feature of scheduling interviews, along with question libraries for MCQs and programming tests.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm mesmerised by Glider's competencies and capabilities and hope they keep adding to their roadmap. Using Glider has been an absolute joy, I haven't come across any significant problems or drawbacks with Glider yet.

Glider has helped the screening process and helped to track down interested candidates. There are no negative points to dislike. Most of the features are top quality which helps in day to day recruiting.
