What do you like best about the product?
Helps to schedule multiple tests, easy to use and Tailored list of Technology pre-hire assessments available internally, helps to review the technical capabilities of a candidate and screen them better
What do you dislike about the product?
On the downside - I would say the pricing is a little high, there are issues with accessing a specific assessment or creating my own tests with specific questions, and at times if I have to integrate a particular list of Questioners that my client has with regards to a particular technology, few of these fixes might help

Glider helps me to qualify a candidate better by technically assessing them on their technical skills; Glider takes screenshots of everything the candidate does during the assessment and minimizes fraud, and cheating, helps to qualify candidates better in terms of their technical ability and ensure I present the best of the best talent to my clients.
User-friendly Interface and Wide Range of Features
What do you like best about the product?
I find the real-time proctoring, anti-cheating measures, and detailed analytics most useful in this platform. I really appreciate its user-friendly interface which makes it accessible to a wide range of users. Moreover, the sign-in process is quite smooth and the sample assessment gives a realistic experience of the actual assessment. In comparison to its competitors, this platform has the upper hand as it offers a plethora of features and has a convenient UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to find any flaws with this product, apart from my endless appetite for more features.

We have seen an increase in productivity

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Glider AI's platform is its ability to automatically categorize and analyze user feedback, such as feature requests and bug reports. This allows product managers to quickly identify common themes and pain points, and prioritize the most important issues to address. The platform also integrates with other tools commonly used by product teams, such as Jira and Trello, to provide a centralized view of product-related data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently we sometimes face issues with candidates refusing to take up assessments on glider. Once there is more awareness there will be lesser resistance on taking up assessments. Also, there are times that our candidates are unable to access the assessment even after several tries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the features ranging from Assessments, Screening Bot as well as Screening helper tool, Interview tool. Ability to build and customize tests for IT as well as behavioral skills. The in-built artificial intelligence of the tool that captures every minute detail wherever there is any red flag. Proctoring capabilities, candidate search capabilities, integration with Bullhorn which is our ATS as well as assessment ranking capabilities and the way Glider displays the report which is short but very useful.

it is very useful for delivery team for screening the candidates.. they have readymade templates and custom templates can be added.. additionally whatsapp integration and message integration is really useful

We have just started using glide, so far we have not come across anything which we could elaborate here

with the help of this tool recruiters do not need to remember questions while screening the candidates
