What do you like best about the product?
It is very fast and easy to set up. It gives helpful graphs and stats on results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the assessments are too hard. I have a limit on how many I can send out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to verify candidates' skills quickly and easily.

The thing I like best about this platform is its ability to provide confidence in candidate's results. It helps to prevent issues with fake candidates and increases efficiency by improving the quality of candidates presented to clients. The assessments are almost impossible to cheat on due to monitoring and the variance of questions. The reports generated by Glider AI are authentic and trustworthy, which is a big plus. The feature that allows managers to review candidate performance at any time is also a big plus for me, as it improves the daily workflow. Additionally, Glider AI is considered as the preferred screening platform and recommended within the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Glider provides authentic and trustworthy reports on candidate performance through its eye tracking and browser monitoring features. The percentiles feature also helps gauge a candidate's performance against others. The knowledge bank and library of questions is a great asset for research-oriented assessments. The security and verification features ensure no identity fraud and cheating takes place. The option to monitor candidates during assessments is also a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Glider may be an expensive solution for the candidate review process and filtering for specific assessments can be difficult. There have also been some reported issues with accessing specific assessments. for me, It's hard to filter out candidates. like you have to look for the specific assessment first before I can search using the candidate's info.

Identify fake or fraudulent candidates. Know their skillset and knowledge regarding the position. Helps prove their identity by them showing their valid photo ids.
What do you dislike about the product?
not a clear instruction when it comes to showing proof of identity. Some candidates only takes a selfie instead of them taking a selfie showing their proof of identification.

Eliminating fraudulent candidates. Also, knowing their skillset to make sure that they are knowledgeable about the position they are applying to. Knowing if they really fit the position.

I like best when the candidates do the video recording part where they introduce themselves and also the part where it has the skill challenges. it really help us recruiters to identify if the candidates have the knowledge for those roles we are working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have an issue before where candidates was able to complete the glider but it didnt push the video recording. but the IT team handled it so far so i dont have any issues for glider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the business problems that glider can help us for sure is to filter candidates if they have the knowledge and if they are fake candidates or not because there is a lot of fake candidates applying to get a job.

Difficult to filter for some assessments, hard to find the completed assessments candidate previously did, that part is the worst so far. but for consultants. it serves it's purpose well.

Based on my experience, none so far are all good from the application itself and available options. It is very friendly to users and can easily navigate without any issues.

So far, no problems have been encountered. Even the person doing the assessment gave good feedback in terms of navigation. With this I am confident in working with candidates.
