What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is how fast it is to respond. It is user-friendly. I honestly did not have any hard time learning how to use Glider. I was actually amuzed by it

I couldn't think of any. It is user friendly. I don't have anything in mind as of writing. I am content by how it is done and its software. it so perfect. Fast and accurate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not encountered any problems with Glider AI, however, my team on the other hand, who experienced some, I made sure to learn from whatever the resolution may they have
User friendly and great interface!
What do you like best about the product?
It has an excellent interface and is very accessible. I also like how the system sends out the verification code when I try to log in, just 1-2 seconds, I immediately get the email. I love that feature so much!
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever I try to review a recording, it's not allowing me to jump in the middle or at least the last part of the recording. At some point, I have to wait for the whole video to load then review the entire recording.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I once had to reach out about a candidate who didn't disclose his full legal name, and I had to ask for assistance from the Glider team to edit the candidate's name. The turnaround time was not that long, they were able to solve the issue!

What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to filter specific assessments.
Difficult to lookup a candidate's assessment directly from glider ai web app, there must be a way to fix this and I hope it changes soon.

Almost impossible to cheat on assessments due to monitoring and variance of questions

good experienced with glider test on roles i.e. Customer Service, Java Developer and SalesForce
What do you like best about the product?
The glider test for non-technical roles is perfect ex: customer service and the interface is also very user-friendly for candidates. The result's graphical representation is also straightforward for a recruiter to decide on candidate performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some technical roles, I have faced issues where candidates responded that the test was not aligned with the technologies they work on. They recommend tests based on practical and live examples rather than textbook assessments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can filter candidates based on their assessment scores. Forex. Typing tests in Customer support roles is beneficial for making a cutoff and screening nonqualified candidates. I can check their scores for tech roles and decide if they meet the minimum required standard set by the hiring manager.

Updsides of using Glider:
1) Screen once and then the candidate performance is there with you to share with managers.
2) Managers, who are willing to spend time to go over the Glider performance of a candidate, can get a good idea about candidate's strengths and weaknesses and can tailor the interview accordingly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Glider Downsides:
1) About a third of candidates that we screen using Glider seem to know the questions on the Glider test before hand. This manifests itself when a candidates finishes the test in very short time and scores abnormally high. That is very high percentage. Glider needs to replace static tests with dynamic tests where the questions are coming from a library of hundreds of questions
2) After you initially purchase tests from Glider, you get one year to use them. In case you exhaust them before one year (say after 9 months) and then purchase more tests, they will come back to you after three months and start pestering you to purchase more tests as your initial one year is over. This is ridiculus and very irritating. They should give one year after the last purchase of tests.

Candidate screening is very challenging. Glider offers candidates to take the test at their own convenience. Otherwise, with manual screening, scheduling is a challenge as availability of both screener and candidate has to align.
Very effective and user-friendly. The security and verification you all provide is unmatched.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy many features of Glider, but my favorite is the monitoring whilst candidates complete the assessments provided. The eye tracking, ensuring they remain in browser, noise tracking, and similar features provides me much more confidence in my candidate's results when they become available. I have used similar platforms, IKM/HackerRank, and it is hard to be fully confident in a high-scoring individual without being able to verify it was truly them who completed the test with no outside assistance. Many of my clients have experienced issues with fake candidates, especially in the development space, so now I can bring well-assessed and thoroughly monitored prospects to the table without fear of furthering an already significant issue. I also love the percentiles feature as some Gliders are more difficult than others so we can gauge and not rule out promising talent. I recommend Glider to everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have issues accessing the specific assessments I need in the Glider platform. I do wish there was an easier way to filter for a specific test as many of the roles I support require a Glider that was created just for it. I know this is a difficult ask, but maybe an easier way to tag/filter by both client and skillset or by test creator would ease this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identity fraud, cheating, insufficient technical ability, and evaluation of strengths/weaknesses. I can speak with candidates less on the phone to try to verify their skillset (i.e. asking my own technical screening questions) and instead rely more heavily on the Glider to assess those areas with full faith that they are being monitored heavily. This increases both my own efficency and improves the quality of candidates I share with my clients. It seems it is virtually impossible to cheat on Glider assessments due to the monitoring and the variance of the questions. Assuming you all continue to improve these pre-existing features and expand on the security aspect even further, I anticipate working with you all for years to come. You are my preferred screening platform and I recommend you all within our organization all the time. I would also be interested in utilizing further features the platform offers.

Being an HR, I am not dependent on the tech team to make assessments on this platform. It's easy to make and use.

It should come integrated with some of the popular ATS in India.

Nothing in terms of the working as all the suggestions are taken positively and most of the required modules are being included in the feature update.

We have seen a significant improvement in the daily workflow and the reports generated are authentic as well as trustworthy. The tool is reliable and helps us to be more efficient.

Scorecard and overall UI. Also, the multiple-choice questions are relevant and up to the mark. candidates scoring well on glider are performing well on the interviews
What do you dislike about the product?
The ID capturing feature is not good. IDs are not captured clearly. Better to introduce attaching a file and use AI to match it with the person on screen for validation.

The questions and framed perfectly. We can gauge the talent's skills based on the scores and can market them to the appropriate roles. Reduces doubts on the required skills.
