Glider is helpful overall for technical screening
What do you like best about the product?
I like the multiple test offerings and the Identify verification. Have been able to easily weed out unskilled or proxy interviewing candidates with this technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish we could have shorter durations for tests, or customized tests that we can create.
The scoring system sometimes doesn't make sense for certain tests- How the candidate can get 5 correct, 2 partially correct, 2 incorrect and still have a 34% score.

I like the skills/tools/technology that the Glider tests and also the use for identity verification.

I'm not too fond of the security issue I have with candidates. The plugin that is used on their computer and collecting their information.

Fake candidates and bait and switch. Also, to monitor if someone is reading off of another screen or having someone help them on the test

What do you like best about the product?
I have had a very positive experience using Glider. They are very responsive and always have tests made in a timely manner.
Many of my clients have been happy with the tests and the outcome of candidates hired from using the Glider assessments.

Glider is helping to further and deeper screen candidates submitted for my roles to test them on the top required skills given by the client

it is increasing total throughput time
Though it helps better for initial screening, this also leads to delays in the process where we are missing some of the SLA set by our clients.

Using it for filtering the candidate's technical skills. This helps us build confidence with our clients about our candidates and their skills.

What do you like best about the product?
Glider comes with simple yet efficient way of configuring new assessments that are intact with the business needs. It has helped us assess the candidates on real world engineering exercises and fast track the process of screening/evaluating and short listing the best talent.
With its AI enabled proctoring feature we are able to identify fake candidates.

Not being able to detect other screen sharing applications.

Coding platform Campus and lateral hiring
What do you like best about the product?
We used Glideras an assessment partner for Campus recruitment and we got a great success forthe 2019 hiring, started utilizing it for lateral hiring too.

Not many dislikes, however, we are continually calibrating on the programming questioner’s complexity level to keep our hiring standards higher.
