Glider AI makes hiring so much easier by testing real skills, not just what’s on a resume. It saves time for everyone and truly helps you find the right people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Glider AI can be tricky to use at first and sometimes feels a bit overwhelming. It’s also a bit pricey, and not every test fits every job perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Glider AI solves the problem of slow, biased, and inefficient hiring by testing candidates’ real skills through AI-powered assessments and interviews. This helps you hire faster, fairer, and find better-fit people without wasting time on resumes or multiple interview rounds

What do you like best about the product?
Glider AI assessments played a key role in helping me prepare for and succeed in my interviews at PayPal. The platform provided a clear and responsive breakdown of my technical assessment results, which gave me confidence and insight into my strengths. Their efficient process also helped accelerate the next steps—my interviews were scheduled within a week of completing the assessment. Overall, Glider made the entire experience seamless and supportive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Glider AI assessments could be improved by including more hands-on coding tasks and role-specific questions, rather than relying heavily on theoretical multiple-choice formats. This would provide a more accurate evaluation of real-world skills and job readiness.

Glider AI is solving the problem of inefficiencies and inaccuracies in traditional hiring processes by offering skill-based assessments that help identify qualified candidates faster. For me, this meant a smoother, more transparent experience—my technical skills were evaluated fairly, results were shared quickly, and the hiring process moved forward without delays. It reduced the guesswork and made me feel confident that my abilities were being recognized objectively.

few skills are not added in the databse which causes difficulty in creating automatic test. It will be great if maximum number of skills can be added becuase for few developer positions it's easy for us to create automatic test instead of manual.

The platform can be sometimes complex for new users to navigate initially, requiring some time to get fully acquainted with all its features. Also faced some issues, with downloading the detailed reports.

The platform is full of features and does the job well. It helps us in effective filtering and proctoring which makes the job easier for the recruitment team to identify the best possible fit candidates.

Interface is easy to understand.
Colloborative editor along with the video feature is useful and helps the candidate and the interviewer to avoid switching applications.
Question lock feature helps to show only the question in focus to the candidate. Timer helps both interviewer and cadidate to keep track of time, Code editor supports all major languages and easy to work with.

I found it not very useful for javascript coding interviews. Candidates usually prefer some other editor exclusive to Javascript as the glider sometimes behaves weirdly for JS.
