The best proctoring tool I have experienced.
What do you like best about the product?
Below are the key points which Glider have:
1. Best proctoring tool as compare to other tool's available in the market.
2. Reasonable quotations for their each module like interview, psychometric tests, technical assessment etc.
3. Supportive staff, resolves query quickly.
4. There is no need to take follow up , staff reach out to us.
5. Always listens query patiently and resolves it immediately.
6. The tool is excellent,.
7. I wil recommend this tool in my reference if someone is looking for it.
8. Always put Client's requirements at top.
9.Reports of interview assessments are impressive.
10. It prevents to employees from doing fraudulent and still if someone does that then catches immediately.

To prevent fraudulent in the interview process by an employee, this Glider tool is best.

What do you like best about the product?
I like all its module say, tech assessment, interview, proactive assessment. Ofcourse its proctoring capabilities have always amazed me. One way interview has saved lot of time for us to conduct initial interviews in more effecient manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think so far so good. may be chatbot could be little bit more effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have great assessment platform with good question library. Quality of question is very good and their difficulty level have really helped to assess candidates at different job levels. One way video interview helping to get a good sense of the canddiate even before we actually interview the candidate.
Best Assessment software for fresher and experienced Tech hiring
What do you like best about the product?
It gives thousand questions for each tech skill and easy to add in customised assessments and more
What do you dislike about the product?
In assessment side it's perfect but options in home page they should increase for example about the subscription details there is no tab to check , we need to always connect to support chat .

One of the major problems that online test assessments solve is the scalability of exams. It consist of multiple features and a variety of questions which has already been saved in proper categorization, which helps to create a glider assesment

I don't really have personal preferences or dislikes, just a feedback for a better user interface and improvements in occasional bugs

It helps to get the understanding of the knowledge of the candidate whether he can crack the interviews or not, it also helps them to prepare for behavioral round

What do you like best about the product?
Monitoring and proctoring is the best feature which makes it easy to vet a candidate and to avoid any type of cheating. have a lots of technology related assessment, which helps us in screening the job seeker of variety of technologies .
What do you dislike about the product?
Altough there are many good things but which i had problem with is searching for a candidate , as i share glider to lot of candidate but there is no search option to put email and search candidate profile
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In todays market, There is lot of fake candidate in the market but to find a genuine candidate is really tough. Here comes the glider which help in technical vetting, monitoring and other things as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Glider AI for past 2 years and it is a very usefull tool. it helps us identify the right skill sets that our candidate holds and helps us to evaluate them further, moreover it allso helps us engage in a better and professional manner. Also Glider AI helps to implement good connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
there are few skill sets that are not listed in Glider AI. but we know customer support team is constantly working on it for better user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Glider AI is helping us to connect with Candidates in a professional manner and also helps us to evaluate the skills set based on tests that they give. it helps us to get a better understanding of what technical skills candidate actually hold

What do you like best about the product?
Ultimatley, Glider's best asset is the amazing customer service. Secondly, they have a large database of questions for assessments and the product is pretty easy to navigate. The implementation was also extremely easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that the skills associated with the questions can sometimes be miscategorized. A "novice" question, would be in alignment with a intermediate skilled candidate, not entry level.

Ease of use: The platform is incredibly intuitive to navigate. Many folks on my team have been able to log in and navigate the platform without any further instruction, which has been a huge time saver.
Ease of implementation & Integration: The Glider team has been wonderful to work with from an integration and implementation/change management perspective. Easily available for integration calls, and incredibly flexible with product trainings/materials needed.
Constantly evolving: The Glider team is always working on product improvements and expansion, and work well with their clients to inform future enhancements.

nothing to dislike, Glider team is doing their best however there are some improvement can be done in interface or can add some additional assesment in the list.

Identifying Fraud candidates, it helps to understand the expertise level or the candidate in the perticular skill set.
