What do you like best about the product?
Glider is one of the best tool which allows recruiters to identify potential and genuine candidate. it helps out to understand the skills and knowledge of the candidate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike but interface can be better and attractive.

It helps alot to identify genuine candidates, asses their skill evel and area of expertise. howe versed they are with the specific skill set or domain.

What do you like best about the product?
What I most appreciate about Glider AI is its capability to simplify the pre-employment evaluation process. The system provides elaborate assessment exams that precisely measure the competency and appropriateness of candidates to a specific job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found a minor glitch in the playback of the recorded video. However, the team were helpful enough to rectify this

Glider AI is great for our hiring process because it fixes some important stuff. For one, it makes evaluating candidates a lot easier by taking care of everything automatically. According to my experience In addition, its analysis driven by artificial intelligence gives us unbiased insights into the abilities of the potential employees which makes sure fairness when judging them. More so, this saves time and resources spent during screening. Furthermore, through identifying strong applicants early on in our selection process; we can concentrate more on promising individuals thus hastening recruitment and enhancing general outcome efficiency.

I would highly recommend Glide AI as it is hassle free.The operating is smooth.The upside of using Glider AI is the features & different options it provides which makes it reliable.

Inviting candidates is a tedious process.We need to enter the candidate name & email id separately for every candidate.Extending link validity is also limited.

Helps in accessing the candidates on real time scenarios which ultimately helps the organisation choose the right talent fit for the company.

It makes our job easier, especially for the campus hiring. We have been using the tool from past 2 years and it has helped us in the 1st level filtering.

It is just that we have used this only for filtering the students through the test and where we cannot give any essay type of questions.

What do you like best about the product?
Glider filters the fake candidates and with the help of glider we will get to know how good his techinical and coding skills are and after using glider it made my job easier to find a right fit

What do you like best about the product?
The various security functions like picking up noise during the test taking time, facial recognitiion that monitors movements so you can know if candidate is getting direction from anotgher person or source by the way they move their head.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. The site has proven it self to be very reliable.

The assessment can be as long or as short as you want it to be to encourage candidate participation. It weeds out the less technical resources in a secure way that is verifyable.

There are so many tests available, sometimes it's hard to choose the best one.

Through the use of Glider.AI we know the candidate on the resume is the candidate taking the test and interviewing reducing the risk of fraud that we have seen previously.
