Useful and simple to use platform for assessing skills
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and does an excellent job of assessing skills while keeping track of all relevant information about the person taking the assessment.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues with the program at all, feedback has been positive.

What do you like best about the product?
It Shows the Identity of a fake Candidate and helps to shortlist the Good fits for the Requirement as per their performance and helps to Hire Right People!

Till Date i Didn't felt like anything wrong about this infact its my fav application!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After Taking this Glider Assesment we can Easily Check the Candidate's Identity Whether the person on the ID card is Same as the person perform the Test Assesment and figure out how they gonna perform in the upcoming Interview, By there Score's And attitude!!

What do you like best about the product?
Content in Glider is rich and current. Those are always updated by Glider team. Those are also customised if we needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. It is a useful tool to improve efficiency of recruitment process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In IT services companies, technical skill assessments consume lot of efforts of SMEs who are always in short supply. Glider had helped automating first round of assessment of candidates - a huge time saver! It is also being adopted by L&D team gladly for post training assessments.

What do you like best about the product?
Best thing in Glider AI is reporting section, as it is very nice and interesting to see the details of an assessment in detail completely. Glider report section shows the performance of each candidate in a very visual manner and help us in understanding the personality of the candidate inside out

I don't dislike anything about Glider ai. I have used glider ai for at least 4 years and it is very good tool, and every work is done very fastly and quickly, and with no errors. nothing negative about this tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem that existed earlier was not having proper report and statistics of assessment. Because of that candidate cheating was regular, but when we use glider ai, we check all reports and analytics, like the violations, the location etc. So it helps us maintain the integrity and hire best candidates and take very strong decisions

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite and the most useful part about Glider AI is that the user interface and the user experience of the Glider AI platform is just so beautifully and thoughtfully designed, it literally makes using the platform, like a walk. Since we are from the clothing industry we didn't have any experience of such platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Glider is extraordinary simple and straight forward. I don't have any negative feedback to give against Glider AI because i think it is a revolutionary product which needs no improvement.

Being in the clothing industry none of our team employees had any experience using software and platform, but the moment we started using Glider AI, it just feel too easy. Within the first week of us exploring the platform, we were ready and now we know each and every feature of Glider AI.

Well the perfect thing about Glider AI is their Technical Skill tests, as we have hired a lot of amazing skilled coders and software developers in our team to make our own e commerce website and application to scale our clothing business

Not even a single thing is there in Glider AI that I dislike, because its literally like a gods gift to businesses, very easy to use, with very amazing features. So nothing to dislike.
